Sean's campsite offers a wonderful escape into nature with its spacious and private setting. Guests appreciated the easy access, the availability of a porta-potty, and the welcoming atmosphere created by Sean. The site is well-suited for both hiking and relaxation, providing flat spots for tents and a cozy fire pit area. Though some experienced rain and noisy cicadas, the overall experience was positive, with many visitors eager to return for more adventures.

Sean's land was awesome we had a blast camping there this weekend his 26 acre land was perfect for our dogs and us to go hike on the trails while enjoying the outside area that he provided and having the Porta-Potty was a huge help that eliminated a lot of worry for us. Unfortunately we got washed out a day early but the experience was amazing! Definitely planning on being back and checking out more of the land

Fantastic spot. Easy to get to. Lots of options. So many options. The Porta potty was fantastic! And Sean was helpful, informative, funny, and encouraging. Can’t wait to come back.

This was a beautiful site. I camped at the site where you could park rather than hiking in for ease of setup and access to supplies. There was rain in the forecast and I was able to pitch my tent in a spot where water wouldn't collect and there were several flat spots to choose from. My goodness did it rain!! There was an outhouse which was an unexpected gift given the intensity of the storm that rolled in. The fire ring and circle were a lovely treat and I was able to purchase firewood right at the end of the driveway. The only thing that I could say that would be even remotely not-positive is that the wood was pretty damp/moist. Some of it was green, some had maybe been collected off the ground. That said...Had I foraged for my own wood in the surrounding forest, it would have been more damp. It took extra time and tending but I got a fire going and used this to dry out the more damp logs and I enjoyed a beautiful fire for most of the night. I would recommend ear plugs if you sleep best with minimal noise. The cicadas were especially vocal right up until the thunderstorm. Then the storm was pretty loud. There was what sounded like someone driving a loud vehicle all around the streets and I was perplexed by this. I looked at a map to try to understand where they were and learned that there was a drag race track in the vicinity hosting an event. It was scheduled to end at 11pm and all noise had died down by about 10:30 from that. Great experience, overall!
