Loredana was a great host! She was very helpful guiding us to our site and helping us stay cool with homemade beet sorbet and providing ice when we needed it. We got to spend time with her and the horses petting and taking care of them one of the days. The campsite was absolutely beautiful and we had a great stay. I have nothing negative to say about Loredana or the camp site. We will definitely be coming back to spend more time with her and the horses for another relaxing weekend. There are also many places around the area if you need anything. Thank you so much for an amazing long weekend!

We had the most peaceful and restorative weekend at Loralei's Ark Farm & Retreat LLC From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nature, warmth, and serenity. The grounds are spacious and thoughtfully maintained, with plenty of quiet corners to relax and reconnect.
The host Loradona is incredibly kind and accommodating, and you can truly feel the love and purpose behind everything she has created here—from the cozy fire pit and beautiful views to the friendly animals that made our stay even more special. 🐐🐓🦙
We had a great time cooking, laughing, enjoying nature walks, and just slowing down together. Whether you're looking for a spiritual reset, a nature retreat, or a family camping weekend, this place is a hidden gem. The peaceful vibes and intentional atmosphere make it more than just a place to stay—it’s a place to breathe.

Our party booked campsite number one and the glamping cabin - what an awesome overnight it was! Loredana made sure that we had all the instructions about the site, bathroom accommodations, and were set up for a lovely evening. Perfect sunset over the river, the horses came to visit, and we made some fantastic memories. Honestly, a perfect overnight for a group of seasoned campers and camping newbies.

Site 3 - Countryside Horse Farm
Loredana’s property is beautiful and she is the most thoughtful host! She welcomed our kids to her farm, took us around for a tour to meet the horses, and even helped to pictures with them! We stayed in campsite three and loved the setup near the water with just a short walk back to the barn. Our kids are already asking when we can go back! If you want a chance to relax, visit with friendly horses, and enjoy time outdoors you definitely need to camp here. We loved our time away!

I loved camping at site 1! The view of the water was amazing, and the sunrise and sunsets were spectacular. The 2 free roaming horses were such cuties and they came to join us while camping. I would 100% recommend.

Loved camping here with the fam! Loredana’s campsites are spacious, gorgeous, and she was the perfect hostess, very accommodating. By far the best part were the horses, who are so well taken care of, friendly, and sweet. They have a lot of freedom to walk around even near some of the sites, and you could tell they’re really happy. My daughter loved the mini horses best, and there were also lawn games and fun spots to roam and explore on the property. Also great for fishing! We had a great time relaxing for the weekend.

I loved all the surrounding views,and the nice horses that grazed the patures,I caught a cat fish in the creek, and enjoyed the comfort of the campfire. When I left going down the rode I saw two beautiful peacocks out on one of the back roads, used my Merlin app and found many birds, saw a white and blue heron near the creek,Loredana has a really nice spot with
roses in full bloom definitely will return.

Highly recommend. Loredana is an exceptional host. The property is magical . Very clean and the horses and land is very well kept. Beautiful space to recharge , relax and wander. The creek is beautiful and it is an overall wonderful place to be! 10 out of 10. So glad I got to experience this wonderful place.

Site 2 - Countryside Horse Farm Camping
This was my first ever camping trip, and my family and I couldn't have picked a better place. Loredana is and extraordinary host who took time to show us around her property. The sites are very nice and well kept. We stayed at site 2, and loved how private it felt. Will definitely go back again.

Loredana's horse rescue farm is a apecial and unique getaway. She has put much love and charming touches throughout the property, and Loredana herself a kind soul. If you enjoy the presence of animals (especially horses, cats and a rooster) you will find it very magical to be amongst them. The cabin is very comfortable for one person, as well as the outdoor setup to chill, read, cook and enjoy a fire. Loved my stay and surely want to go back.

Exactly what I needed. I did a solo adventure and I am a single gal in her 20’s and felt completely safe! Loreadana was so nice and showed me around the entire property and introduced me to all the animals who were extremely friendly and safe! I slept in the single person enclosure and it did the trick just fine. Clean, had electricity. The bathroom is more of an outhouse vibe which I was completely fine with. The campsites looked super nice, definitely will try those next. And there is a large flowing creek near by where you can fish too! Great experience!

My friend and I had a wonderful time camping at Loredana’s farm. It was peaceful and serene; we had such great views of the creek at site 3, which is farthest from the main area and the most private. We enjoyed seeing the all art inside the large barn (which Loredana patiently and passionately told us about) and loved saying hi to all the friendly animals on the farm. The firepit was the perfect way to end the night as we got to toast marshmallows over the fire while sipping hot chocolate (the kettle in the kitchen was of great help).
Loredana made our first camping experience super easy and enjoyable. We would definitely return and would recommend her farm for fellow campers 💙

Camping on this farm was just what the doctor ordered! It’s a beautiful, relaxing and all so serene. It was exactly what we expected and wanted. Will definitely visit again!! Thank you.

Had a lovely overnight stay at site 3! The site is tucked away in the woods right next to a waterway. We were lucky enough to see a trio of river otters floating by in the morning :) great fire pit set up with plenty of wood and a grate for cooking. Highly recommend and we'll definitely be back!

Nice site provided with a good view of the river and lots of things to see on the farm. Site 3 was nicely secluded and private, although it does have proximity to a nearby road. The trees blocked the view of the road bur I could hear the cars whooshing by all night. The other 2 sites are probably quieter.

This is beautiful land and it was nice getting to meet Loredanna. Our camping spot was near water and very private. We also enjoyed visiting with one of the horses on the property.

My wife and I are Hip Camp enthusiasts, embarking on adventures with our trusty off-grid classic Airstream trailer, lovingly nicknamed "buff." You see, when we travel, we look for unique off grid locations, and clothing-optional sites always top our list. Who needs tan lines, right? (Check with the host in advance about details)
During our stay we were treated to an awesome experience. Picture this: a spectacular farm teaming with horses. Our privacy was occasionally interrupted by a wandering horse, giving us quite the "neigh"-borly surprise! Thankfully, our Airstream served as a perfect shield against any potential tan lines. Phew!
The host was incredibly responsive, catering to all our questions and needs. As a black and white photographer, I was overjoyed by photo opportunities the farm provided. It was like a symphony in monochrome!
Countryside Horse Farm Camping embodies the true spirit of Hip Camp—a perfect blend of unique camping and the the chance to meet interesting and friendly people. It's these little slices of paradise that make my wife and I fall in love with Hip Camp over and over again.
To the host, thank you for an unforgettable experience! We're already dreaming about our next visit to your slice of heaven. Can't wait to see what other surprises await us—fingers crossed for more adventurous equine encounters!
