Barnsberry Acres in BARNSBORO, NJ 8 acres Come stay at a beautiful horse farm centered between Philadelphia, PA and the Jersey shore! 25 minute drive from the city of Philadelphia. 1 hour from the beach. 5 minutes from the famous Edelman Fossil Park at Rowan University. 15 minutes from the Delaware River and enjoy the beautiful state parks Delaware has to offer. 1 mile from Ceres hiking park (pets allowed). Less than a mile from Chestnut Branch walking park and fields which has a brand new disc golf course! A stones throw from the oldest bar and restaurant in SJ est. 1720! 5 minute drive or 15 minute bike ride from Historic Pitman with a Broadway theatre, brewery in an old bank, and a fun disc golf course. 20 minute drive from the culinary district of Collingswood NJ. Enjoy their quaint shops, various BYOB dining experiences, and their renown farmers market on Saturdays from 8 am -12 pm. 14 miles from the famous Cowtown Rodeo (🎥 filmed documentary on it). 1 mile from popular Target Department Store for any needs. Our farm is tucked away in a secluded area but has 4 MAJOR HIGHWAYS NEARBY to quickly venture out for various sites in the tristate area or to quickly head back on your journey. We are located close to attractions but you will be surrounded by trees and birds and flowers after your busy day. Our main horse breeds are Thoroughbreds. In addition to horses you will see chickens near the campsite and our friendly goats- hansel and grettle who are located on the far side of the property past the horse pastures. This farmland was for many years one of the most industrialized dairy farm in NJ before the Great Depression. *Add-on unlimited wood for purchase at $20 via Venmo/cash/zelle/ PayPal per night, per site.* Wi-Fi & Tiki torches available for your campsite upon request in advance.* Sunsets behind camps. Sunrises in front of camps. Moon in front of camps 🌙 No weapons permitted on grounds. No hunting. Book here if you would permitted to experience farm training. A portion of the camping experience will be required as a host and camper integration for farm training at Barnsberry Acres.

What a wonderful gem ! Janna was responsive and such a lovely person . The space was private and just what we were looking for, for a nice retreat. We will surely be back.

Perfect location for a quick getaway. My family and friends had a great time. Janna was extremely pleasant and awesome at helping us set up so we could position our travel trailers facing each other. Our dog had enough space to run and played well with her friendly dog. We came with a group of friends and also met and hung with another cool couple around our fire. The site is undergoing some electrical upgrades that will make this a premier HipCamp site, especially in the summer. Would definitely like to go back.

A slice of heaven!

What a wonderful experience all around. Host was amazing. Clear instructions, great follow up. Property was a little slice of heaven. Quiet, clean and safe. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for an escape! Tell the chickens I was asking for them.
