Be it swimming, kayaking, boating, sunning, hiking, biking, or fishing; spectacular fall foliage, and bird watching or winter sports like skiing, boarding, ice skating, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing,....take time out to enjoy what nature has to offer to the fullest, right here in your new backyard. Explore nature’s wonderland; starting with 27 acres of woods and waterfront beauty on Powder Mill Pond and the Contoocook River. During the warmer weather, you can hop in one of the kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats, (on-site for a small rental fee), sunbathe on the refreshing 30 ft. lily pad, or simply relax in the swing or hammock looking out over Mount Monadnock. During the winter, cross country ski, ice skate or fish or strap-on a pair of the complimentary snowshoes, ...while year round, enjoy sharing s’mores and stories by the fire pit!

Waterfront Tiny Horse Trailer

Glamping in the horse trailer

Donna and Bill were very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. The horse trailer is adorable and we particularly loved the screened side facing the lake. It was also great to have the shelter with the picnic bench to sit in if it was rainy. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of time into making the site a little slice of paradise! I would definitely stay again.

Private moment at teeny tiny house

If you are as same as me, and sometimes want to truly relax and enjoy a quiet moment alone, Donna’s lakeside of the teeny tiny house is the best choice. Here you have a private space without interruption and feel safe as well. Donna provided very detailed information I may need during stay. When I arrived there, Donna have already arranged someone to wait and introduced the facilities and usage of the camp and tiny house in detail. As long as you bring food and personal things, most items and facilities you need for a short few days are provided there. During my stay of a few days, most of the time I was just completely relaxed. Whether I was sitting outside or lying indoors, I had a beautiful view of the lake with me all the time. There are other activity facilities in the nearby public beach area, and a massage hot tub facing the lake. Without a doubt I will visit again. Because this teeny tiny house is already at the top of my pocket list.

Rustic Charm

Beautiful gem if you're looking for having the best of both worlds. Peace and quiet on site and close to great restaurants. Relax or have FUN!

Safari Tent on River and Pond

Lovely experience in the outdoors.

We loved the tenting campground. The sound of dam and views were wonderful! Will definitely be coming back as often as possible.

Waterfront Teeny Tiny House

Wonderful time at the teeny house!

The Teeny Tiny House was absolutely adorable and the outdoor space was lovely. It was so nice to have dock and row boat access to go out on the water. I love that is was dog friendly too. My husband and I had a fantastic time and would love to go back! Waking up to big windows looking out to the water, was so relaxing. Also, the host left a birthday banner, snack cakes and champagne for my 35th birthday. It was such a pleasant surprise!

Great spot! Cabin is very clean and has everything you could need. Plenty of activities for the whole family. Would highly recommend!
