Toad Hill is a remote 45 acre property surrounded by pristine forest and located in the heart of The White Mountains. There is lots to do and see in the area. Hike, bike, snowmobile or ski from the door to waterfalls, ponds, or just around the property in search of birds and wildlife. Take a day trip to Province or Mountain Pond for both swimming and fly fishing. Toad hill also host a summer music festival and has beautiful sculptures around the property. Perfect for people trying to get away from life and into nature!

Cozy wood cabin tiny home

Simple little space which is good for sleeping indoors but feels like camping. The upper spots have a better view if that’s important to you. The walk to the waterfall was beautiful and a dip in the water there was refreshing! The gate to get into the property is not the easiest to open or close - just a heads up if you are traveling alone or have an arm impairment.

Cozy wood cabin tiny home

Cozy Little Cabin

Great for a quick get away! We were traveling back home and decided to spend another night and it was worth it ! Cozy little cabin and the area felt very safe and secluded since the entrance was gated off down the road. The woman at check in was very sweet and helpful also which made the stay just that much better.

Groove Bird Vintage Bus

Not recommended! I informed the host we would be coming in fairly late and we could not find the site. After driving around aimlessly in the woods for upwards of 40 minutes, we tried to call then multiple times (like he suggested) to contact him for directions both texting and calling and he never responded. Nothing is labeled anywhere and he is well aware that the sites can be hard to locate. Finally we reluctantly gave up our search and had to find a last minute room at a hotel which was very difficult. Extremely disappointed and he STILL to the fifth day had not responded some hippy whose full of love. … 😮😮😮 does this place even exist?!!!!

Hand Crafted Yurt in the Forest

We had a bit of a hard time finding the yurt, but it was such a great surprise when we finally found it. Just what the doctor prescribed. Secluded, minimal, quiet. It was a rainy night, so we built a fire and got toasty warm, sizzled sausages on the hot stove and played trivial perused. Slept like rocks and woke up to sweet bird song.

Cassidy 1962 Vintage Bus

The refurbished bus was so fun and a great space to stay for the night! Directions were a little difficult to follow, but me and my friend enjoyed the unique stay and nearby hikes.
