Sacred Nectar rests on the land of the Wabanaki Tribes. This land, now known by it's view gifting fields, is one of Sandwich's most treasured gems. The Historic Farm was purchased by Townsend Thorndike from the first colonizing family to claim ownership of this unceded land, the McCrillis family. It was Town's place to get away from the busy life. As time went on and his money dwindled and plans to sell off some of the land arose. Townsend's son, Nick, foresaw a devastating development of conventional homes that would diminish the soul of this sacred land that held so much magic. So, Nick decided to move back to the homestead to create an example of what a healthy life for the land and its inhabitants looks like. HipCamp was the first step towards sharing and opening up the land to create an ecofriendly, Intentional lifestyle. One in which we hope to share our way of being that brings awareness to the natural world we have fallen so far from. Nick and his tribe of like minds are creating a holistic, educational, retreat, workshop, and event center where people can come to learn how to co-exist in a harmonious relationship with nature and each other. Site 6 - Tippy Top
A True Sanctuary
We had a lovely, restorative experience at Sacred Nectar Sanctuary! The site itself was incredible spacious with beautiful views, and the land was filled with so many thoughtful and creative touches and details. It was a treat just to take our time wandering around and exploring. We loved the sauna so much we went back for another round our second night, and Nick was very responsive and helpful getting it going for us. Can’t wait to return!

Site 6 - Tippy Top
Breathtaking!!
This site was absolutely gorgeous! We were immediately welcomed by Nick and his two wonderful dogs. The property is massive and the views were breathtaking. The road up to the property was fun to traverse. Just drive slowing, as you may disturb the fairy homes along the way. While we were only visiting for a night, we hope to definitely visit again to experience everything Nick and his family provides.

Vast space and eccelectic decorations. Great place to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Sauna was a big plus

Awesome spot, beautiful views and very private. Spent the night with my fiance in our rooftop tent but this space could accommodate more than one tent/car. Easy and clear communication by host is always a plus!

A Perfect Escape from Everyday Life
Sacred Nectar Sanctuary is a hidden gem for anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The campground offers breathtaking views, making it an ideal spot to unwind and connect with nature. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is definitely recommended to navigate the terrain, but it’s well worth it once you arrive. Nick, the host, was fantastic—helpful, welcoming, and always available to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you're seeking peace, tranquility, and stunning scenery, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!
