Simply the best tenting you can find in the White Mountains. The campground to get away from campgrounds, where magic touches every corner. Sacred Nectar rests on the land of the Wabanaki Tribes. This land, now known by it's view gifting fields, is one of Sandwich's top treasured gems. The Historic Farm was purchased by Townsend Thorndike from the first colonizing family to claim ownership of this unceded land, the McCrillis family. It was Town's place to get away from the busy life. As time went on and his money dwindled and plans to sell off some of the land arose. Townsend's son, Nick, foresaw a devastating development of conventional homes that would diminish the soul of this sacred land that held so much magic. So, Nick decided to move back to the homestead to create an example of what a healthy life for the land and its inhabitants looks like. HipCamp was the first step towards sharing and opening up the land to create an Intentional lifestyle. One in which we hope to share our way of being that brings awareness to the natural world we have fallen so far from. Nick and his tribe of like minds are creating a holistic, educational, retreat, workshop, and event center where people can come to learn how to co-exist in a harmonious relationship with nature and each other. Thank you for being a part of the healing. We hope you enjoy what we have created here :)

Hello and Welcome to Sacred Nectar Sanctuary. Bordered by the White Mountain National Forest, and land conservation, Sacred Nectar Sanctuary is cradled in the valley of the 4,020 ft. Whiteface Mountain. Our private camp sites each carry their own unique magical energy. Four of our sites have Mountain Views and are up the steep but smooth dirt road (AWD recommended but not necessary). The other three sites lay tucked in the mossy forests. We pride ourselves on providing a quiet nature submersed camping experience, loud groups are not acceptable here. We count on every individual to actively participate in being a mindful camper so that together we can create a future of camping that does not degrade the land we enjoy and provides a place of sanctitude. Enjoy our Blissful campsites as your base camp and easy access to all the White Mountains of New Hampshire have to offer. Looking to get off grid away from traditional campgrounds? Welcome to the New Earth.    Large RV's and Camping trailers are not allowed. Small 10ft teardrop trailers and sprinter vans are acceptable. We are 30 minutes out from everything. Keep this in mind and stop for groceries and gas before you arrive. Want to make your stay extremely sacred? Best Site Ever

100% (204)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 35 · Vehicles under 25 ft
You found the best kept secret in New England :) We welcome you to a potently Sacred Land. This breathtaking slice of heaven sits tucked away in the heart of the White Mountains. It really just doesn't get better than this. The campsite includes a 270 degree view of the surrounding mountains that will leave you awe struck. Park your camper or car backed up on the terraced view spots. Many secret trails will have you wondering all over as there is a lot to explore around the site. A small 3 sided hand hewn timber shack over 200 years old just had an epic make over! While still not entirely sealed up as it undergoes construction, the structure does protect well from rain and gives a space to eat and relax. Our trailhead starts right from this site up to the iconic Mt. Whiteface! A perfect day hike for those looking to take on a true 4,000fter of the White Mountains (highly recommended).  A mile long gravel road up is accessible with almost any car however if you are towing a trailer be sure to have AWD or 4x4 as it might not make it up the steep parts. We also offer our dream like sauna you wont want to miss by the river. It can fit up to 6 people at a time. 25$ per person includes firewood. Must bring your own towel! Shoot me a message an hour before you want to head in and I will get it good and hot for ya!

RV/tent site · Sleeps 20 · Vehicles under 20 ft
~CAMPSITE DESCRIPTION~ Terraced Temple Top has a fabulous mountain/valley view on the property. The multi level campsite is very open and has a few tucked away tent spots amongst the trees. There is room for 6 or 7 tents as well and a good space to park your camper with a view. The road to site 5 and 6 passes by this site but besides the occasional drive by the site still feels private. If you are towing a trailer you should definately have AWD or 4x4 to get to site 4  or you might not make it up the gravel hill. If you are not towing, most all 2wd vehicles will get up just fine. Hello! ~CAMPSITE The Big Kahuna is very large and open with a super epic view. It has plenty of shade and enough space for about 15+ tents. The Fantastic view and Big open Hemlock grove make this one of our Campers favorite sites! Site 5 and 6 share an outhouse between the sites but are far enough away from each other (200ft through thick woods) that it keeps it nice and private. There is tons of little nook and crannies to discover at this site. Explore to your hearts galore! Site 1 - Birch Grove

100% (118)
RV/tent site · Sleeps 25 · Vehicles under 20 ft
The Birch Grove is located in a shaded mossy birch forest. Lots of little trails surround this site that lead to a couple beaver ponds and offers lots to explore away from other sites. This site contains room for at least 6 large tent spots. Roof Top Tents are not a problem here but trailers are not reccomended, tight maneuvering but it has been done with a small one. A Private hidden outhouse in the pines is a short distance from the fire pit. This enchanting site is one of Nick's favorite on the land. Very magical!

Do NOT feed the dogs or ANY other animals please, even if its cute! Bears, moose, porcupines, turkeys, and many other creatures call this home, so keeping your food in the car at night is recommended. Dragonfly Yoga Barn is right down the road and offers barn and outdoor yoga classes. We have WiFi at the house/check-in if you need to use it.  On 113A just before you turn onto Whiteface Intervale Rd there is a delicious natural spring on the side of the road for you to fill up your water jugs. We also have well water available at the house.    Our Camper Check-In in front of the house has firewood and all the information you need for local things to do in the area that you are free to browse through on your arrival. There is a campsite map at the check in and If you have any questions there is typically someone around.   Our rustic campsites include loads of space for activities, a fire pit and grill, table, stump seating, and wicked cool outhouses. If you are arriving in many cars there is plenty of space to leave cars at the house so you can carpool to the sites. Dry firewood is available at the house/check in for purchase. We ask that you please do not peel the bark off of the living birch trees to start your fire. We ask you leave your site cleaner than you found it. Every bit of clean up is very appreciated! :)     Our top priorities with our Hip Camp is keeping this land pristine and respected. Our mission to save our environment can only be accomplished with the active mindfulness of YOU!  We are here to prove that people can change and that an alternative to traditional campgrounds can be an extremely magical benefit for the people and land.      As a courtesy to Mother Earth and fellow campers, please do not burn any trash other than paper products. We have garbage and recycling at the house that you are welcome to use. We ask that you stay mindful of how much trash you produce here.. Bring your refillable water bottles! We have some of the cleanest spring water you can find. Down the road you can fill your water containers up and avoid buying plastic!     Staying up late around the campfire is highly encouraged. Just keep it quiet for others. Please keep your speed down while driving on our quiet neighborhood road and on the property.   Our goal with Hipcamp is to provide a place for seekers of peace to gain a better relationship and appreciation with nature in a world that has forgotten the importance and connection we all have with the planet that sustains us. The Sanctuary land is holding space for the organic growth of a regenerative sustainable lifestyle. You are the change we have been waiting for! Thanks for caring and being apart of the solution <3 Children under 3 are free!  Have a beautiful day! <3 SNS
