Formerly a competitive equestrian event facility, Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook is situated on a 300+ acre property consisting of agricultural farm land of all types. We have hills, streams, ponds, wetlands, meadows, and heavily wooded areas available for your exploration. Situated only an hour from Boston off of I 93, and less than 30 miles away from the famous Lake Winnipesaukee, we are perched on a picturesque dirt road in the beautiful country town of Canterbury New Hampshire. Popular attractions within a stone’s throw from us include; a gorgeous walk back in time at Canterbury’s Shaker Village, Golfing at Canterbury Woods, a unique pint of ale at Canterbury Aleworks, fabulous pick-your-own fruits and vegetables at Hackleboro Orchard, OR if you find yourself running low on supplies, Canterbury Country Store boasts having at least one of everything and is situated only one mile away from your campsite! If you need more city life amenities like grocery stores or restaurants, the capitol city of Concord to the south, and the town of Tilton to the north, are a breeze to access and are less than 20 minutes away.

Site #8 The Glade is an extremely private, oversized site suitable for tents and truck campers. The site sits on a natural hillside, and therefore is not FLAT. There is however, a generously sized level spot near the back of the site to set up sleeping arrangements. It has ample room for in-site parking for multiple vehicles and offers a consistent supply of both sun and shade.

Campsite #4 Field View Tent/Truck

#4 Field View is one of nicest of the wooded sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook. It is a full shade TENT SITE, which can easily accommodate van camping too. It has a gorgeous peek-a-boo view of the meadow from an elevated position. It also has ample room for in-site parking or extra tents. Please be aware that #4 is not suitable for towed campers, or RV's unless they are very small and you are a skilled navigator.                                                    ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. We love it that way and our family has been doing our level best to preserve it for the last 60 years. We ask our campers to help us do the same. So, we respectfully require the following: - refrain from using soaps in or near our natural water sources - no hunting or harming of animals - carry out your own refuse (dumpster provided) - refrain from any activities that could detract from nature, or interfere with the enjoyment of other campers - feel free to roam at leisure on our property, but please do not enter areas near our home or barns (except for emergency) - honor strict local noise ordinance; quiet after 10pm and before 8am. - we have horses on the property, please honor their space by respecting fencing and gates, and above all, refrain from giving them treats…even if they beg By reserving, you agree to adhere to these common-sense requirements. Failure to do so can result in immediate cancellation without refund. Sorry, we do not offer hook-ups, electricity, or showers. And be aware that cellular service in our entire area is extremely limited, so please plan accordingly.

Site #7 The Hideaway is a site for tent and truck camping only. We DO NOT allow towed vehicles into this site due to limited maneuvering capability. Please NOTE: signage for this site is not up yet due to relocation. Pics and reviews are accurate for the current location. It's located on it's own near the northern tip of our meadow and perched next to a running brook. It's and hidden by a deep expanse of trees which makes it our most private site. The site offers both sun and shade, in-site parking and is perfect for all sorts of tent and truck camper configurations.

Site 12 Pine Nook

#12 Pine Nook is a private, amply sized site nestled within a stand of tall pines, between a large knoll and gorgeously wooded pasture land. It offers mostly shade, but one end of the oversized site is sunny. It's best suited for tents and truck campers, but can accommodate RV's and towed campers if the driver is very skilled. Navigation can be a challenge due to the large pines lining the way into and around the site.

Site 3 Winterbrook 2 per/TENT

Site #3 Winterbrook is a 2 person TENT only accommodation. This shady site has room for one tent and is nestled in a wooded gully next to a natural water source that *only* runs in the winter months. In site parking for one vehicle is possible in the dry months, however wetter times calls for parking about 30 feet away. The site is heavily wooded, and perfect for those looking for a deep forest feel. It is also conveniently located very near camp facilities.

#11 Pine View is a large, half sun/half shade site nestled in a stand of large pine trees. It is suitable for all types of camping configurations, however towed vehicles require a skilled driver to navigate around the trees. It offers gorgeous elevated views of an expansive wooded pasture and has very easy access to all amenities.

It is private, offers both sun and shade, and offers easy maneuverability for all types of camping configurations.                                                                     ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. #10 Brookbend is one of our more popular sites due to it being perched beside a running brook. It offers full morning shade, and full afternoon sun that is tree and water lined on one side, yet has unhindered maneuvering and parking for all types of vehicles thanks to the size of the meadow on the other side. It is close to all amenities and perfect for families with children.

#5 The Secret Field

One of our premiere sites at Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook, #5 The Secret Field is situated in the wooded part of the campground and best suited for small groups traveling together. The site is oversized with parking for multiple vehicles, tents, rv's, and travel trailers.  Navigating in and out of The Secret Field with larger vehicles is no problem as it has it's own access road and there is ample room for turning and maneuvering. The Secret Field sits in a clearing above all the other wooded sites, and atop a small tree lined hill. Privacy is no issue thanks to it's elevated position and the bank of trees lining the site, yet it still offers peek-a-boo views to other sites and the campground proper.                                                             ~~~~~~~~~~~ Our farm and beautiful surroundings puts you smack in the middle of nature. #5 The Secret Field
The site was beautiful and had everything you need! We were here in the fall so the other sites were mostly empty. Each site is large and wooded- we stayed in #5 secret field and it was huge and very level. Great spot! We will definitely come back!

Site 10 Brook Bend
We had another "pitch perfect" experience with LeeAnn. The camp sites are well spread out, easy to access, clean, and perfect for our family's car camping adventure. This is our third time at Pitch Perfect and we continue to highly recommend it. The experience for the price is unbeatable. LeeAnn is a wonderful host who is accessible when needed while giving campers plenty of space and autonomy. The area, especially next to the creek, is simply delightful. We highly recommend this location!

Site 10 Brook Bend
Beautiful, open, quiet, flat campsite. Large fire pit and having the firewood at the site was the best. The host provided great communication, a neat welcome gift with a map of the property. Listening to the owls and star gazing was unbeatable. Will be returning as our travels carry us north.

Brook Side Camping (#9)
We stayed two nights at Brook Side #9! It was a pretty site next to a little brook, which was so nice to fall asleep to at night. The campsites are close enough to each other to where you can see them, but sound is concealed well by the trees. Only downside is there was no hand sanitizer in the porta potty. Otherwise would recommend!

Had a really great stay at Pitch Perfect in Canterbrook! The site is cozy and well-kept, with a really welcoming vibe. Loved how peaceful it felt in the evenings, and everything was easy and convenient. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

Brook Side Camping (#9)
This place is really cool and private. You have way more space than a normal campground, but you can still see/hear other guests. The brook side spot was great, but unfortunately, due to the drought, the brook was non-existent. Obviously not anybody’s fault, I’m sure it’s even better with a little h2o. I would stay here again, for sure, it would be ideal for larger groups, too.

What a relaxing, private getaway. We stayed in site #7, very private hidden site. We stayed Monday-Fri and were the only folks there, after Labor Day ( as school was back and everyone back to work) LeeAnn is a Great Host, the gallons of water, solar shower bag, wood and trash can all at your site for you is very appreciated and well used. We will be coming back.

Campsite #4 Field View Tent/Truck
Camping at Pitch Perfect was wonderful. One of the best Hipcamp experience's we have had. The property feels like a true campground (state park). With plenty of space between sites, you’ll feel just the right amount of seclusion. Check in was easy and we had access to everything we could need. Overall, I would recommend LeeAnn’s property for your next weekend getaway.

This is a lovely way to camp with others in the vicinity but in the distance. It's quiet and relaxing, with a sweet country store less than a mile away, with great coffee and yummy foods and crafts. I love the assorted gates, the brook, and green space. Wonderful use of your land. Thank you for sharing it with campers! 😊

#5 The Secret Field
Second time staying here but at a different site. “The secret field” is great for van camping. This property is so pretty and quiet, we enjoy camping here. The porta potty’s are always very clean and stocked, and always appreciate the dumpster on the property for when we’re leaving. LeeAnn is a great host. Lots to do in the area too. Highly recommend!

Site 8 The Glade No RVs/Towed
Great south just south of the lakes region in New Hampshire. Really close to highland mountain bike park if thats your thing. I stayed at site 8 which was more secluded than a lot of the other sites. My set was well stocked with wood for purchase and water should you need it. Very clean and well taken care of.

I had a great evening at LeeAnn's site. Check in and finding my area were easy, and LeeAnn was easily reachable with any questions or for extra provisions. Am looking forward to staying there again when traveling through the area again

My husband and I loved camping at LeeAnn's where each site is secluded, our dog played in the stream, we admired the acres of wildflowers, and a pair of Barred Owls hooted after sunset. We live only two towns away but will return whenever we need to get out of town and kick back.

Pitch Perfect at Canterbrook lives up to its name! The property is stunning—open meadows, peaceful woods, and plenty of space between sites so you really feel away from it all. The setup is thoughtful, with clean facilities, sturdy fire pits, and little touches that make a big difference. The true standout, though, is the host, LeeAnn. She goes above and beyond—warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making your stay special. From the welcome bag to the clear site maps and helpful tips, her attention to detail is unmatched. We’ll definitely be coming back!

What a beautiful spot Pitch Perfect is! First camping trip as a family and couldn’t have had a better time. LeAnn has done such a great job laying out the campsites that it truly feels like you have the whole place to yourself. Site #9 was bordering the brook but still provided more than enough room to spread out and relax. Plenty of space for our 17 month old son to roam and explore as well. The grounds are clean, maintained, and provide everything you could need for a perfect camping trip. We will definitely be back! Thanks again LeAnn!

My friends and I had the best time at this campsite. LeeAnn’s land was well stocked with everything I had pre purchased and the campsite is huge with this beautiful field and a babbling brook. We played wiffleball and had our five tents pitched and it really was pitch perfect! Thanks for a great stay LeeAnn!

The site was flat and large enough for 2 tents, a canopy over the picnic table and a car with room to spare. Would probably easily fit another car as well. Love the fact that the wood is already at the site. Very quiet and no ticks to speak of at our site!

The campground was beautiful and peaceful. LeeAnn was so friendly and hospitable. Sleeping next to a beautiful peaceful stream under the stars was amazing. It was better than I expected and I’m looking forward to going back.
