This cabin is a spacious open room with a full kitchen. The kitchen has full size appliances and all of your basic kitchen needs including a microwave. There is one queen size bed, a two person love seat, and a kitchen table with two chairs sitting directly above the river. Linens provided. Enjoy year round views of the river from the inside of the cabin, several windows border the Pemigewasset River (see pictures). The bathroom has a shower stall, vanity and toilet, towels provided. This cabin has a new flat screen TV with Cable including 170 basic channels, 14 Channels of HBO. Free Wi-Fi. There is no air conditioner in this unit, a floor fan is provided. In 2020, a kitchen was added to the newly renovated 4 season porch, with a table for two. The kitchen has a four-burner stove top and small refrigerator, drip coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Pots/pans/utensils act. are provided. Open all the windows when you want fresh air or keep them closed and turn the heat on to enjoy the porch in the cooler months. The bedroom is between the porch and living room area with one queen size bed. Falling waters has a small living room area with a two-person sofa that was replaced in 2020, a coffee table and a wood burning fireplace. The fireplace is for pleasure and there is a furnace for heating the cabin. There is no air conditioner in this unit, a floor fan is provided. Only hard-kiln dried wood in fireplaces please. This Cabin comfortably accommodates 2 Adults. 2021 this cabin was updated with a new couch, dining table end table with built in charging ports, new carpeting, new blinds and new black out curtains for those that want to sleep in! The Pemi Trail has one bedroom with one queen size bed, bedding provided. Spacious living room with a couch, coffee table and a table for 2. Kitchen has full size appliances, a drip coffee maker and toaster along with basic kitchen needs provided (utensils, pots, pans, dishes act..). There is not a microwave. This cabin has a front farmer's porch, with two chairs. The Bathroom has a shower stall, vanity with a sink and a toilet, towels provided. Color Cable TV with 170 basic channels and 14 Channels of HBO. This cabin is not on the river and does not have a fireplace. This cabin does have equal access to the river that everyone else has by using the staircase between cabins 8/9, just a few steps from this cabin. * Pet Friendly, additional rate applies. This cabin is smoke free. **Free WIFI** In the summer this is the only cabin with an air conditioner.

This is a motel unit, it is an open room with one full size bed (bedding provided), bathroom (towels provided) and a small kitchen. The kitchen has a stove/oven, drip coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans/dishes/utensils/cups (no microwave). This unit is not a cabin and is not on the river. It has beautiful views of the mountains and has air-conditioning in the summer. Only a few steps from this room is an outdoor common area with a firepit, charcoal grill stands and picnic tables as well as equal access to the river by a staircase between cabins8/9. This room has a new flat screen TV with Cable, 14 Channels of HBO and 170 Basic Channels and Wi-Fi. The bathroom has a Tub/Shower, toilet and vanity, towels provided. his unit is non-smoking and pet friendly (additional rate applies).

Charming and thoughtful!

These little cabins are so adorable! Very clean and thoughtfully appointed. I can see why people return year after year. I especially loved the back porch right on the river. It was too chilly to spend much time out there, but having my morning coffee out there with the sound of the flowing river was so peaceful. The owner was lovely and thoughtful; when I arrived, she'd been in my cabin turning the heater on to ensure it was cozy for me. I definitely recommend this place!

I am in love with this cabin! It was warm and cozy. Having a view of the flowing Pemi surrounded by feet of snow was absolutely special. The cabin had everything I needed for a relaxing retreat to recharge before hitting the slopes nearby. Can’t wait to visit again.
