Moose Mountain Gateway is a wooded camp area is located near multiple White Mountain local hiking trails, river access, golf, and ski resorts. Camp in a tent, small camper van, or small popup camper. Just a short 5-minute drive down the road will give you access to the Pemigewasset River. Bring a kayak or tube and float down the river on a warm sunny day. Waterville Valley Ski Resort is located 20 minutes down the road. Other ski options close by are Loon Mountain Resort, Bretton Woods, Cannon Mountain Ski Resort, Attitash Mountain Resort, and many more. Owl's Nest Resort is located just on the other side of the highway. Spend the day on the golf course or playing tennis/pickleball on their platform tennis courts. There is a lot to do in this small town. Happy Camping!Pitch your tents or park your camper van in this wooded camp area. You and up to 9 guests (10 total) will have access to your own camping area and fire ring. The campsite is at the bottom of our main driveway. The land is sloped but we have provided you with 2 platforms to set your tents up on. 1st Platform - 7’5.5” X 7’10” 2nd Platform - 7’9.5” X 7’9.5” We ask that you do not move the platforms as they have been carefully placed for a semi-level surface for your tent. A fire ring and a picnic table are provided for you. Hammocks will also be available for use during your stay. Please note that this campsite is located near the main road and on the side of our driveway. There is road noise during the day and quiets down at night. The road can become busy during the summer. There is a small stream running through the site. During the summer it can dry up depending on the weather. There are many great attractions nearby: Squam Lake, Polar Caves Park, Owl's Nest Resort, Loon Mountain, Pemigewasset River, and Waterville Valley just to name a few! Come enjoy these NH mountains. You just might see a moose!

Waste of Money - went to campground
I hate to leave a bad review, I rarely do but I have to for this site. I will preface by saying we decided to pack up our things in the rain and move along to the Campton campground 5mins down the road ! We were very frustrated to find that there is not any level piece of dirt on this site. Not only is it all slopped hillside but it also has ankle twisting divots all over the place. We set up our screen house and decided to make do but then we went to set up our (on the small side) 3p backpacking tent and found that we were not able to even fit it on either of the platforms. Being that there are no other pitching options we were forced to move on. The primary parking spot was also fairly rough for a low clearance vehicle, dependent on your van/trailer set up, getting a level spot might be difficult. Site needs dirt work and it could be a viable option but at this point I can not recommend.

Everything was as expected, except that the firewood we purchased was really wet/uncovered. Nice stay all around for what we needed it for besides that.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What a mind-blowing campsite experience! From the get-go, the owner treated us like old pals, making us feel right at home. Their local recommendations were on point, leading us to some seriously fun adventures. But let me tell you, the best part was floating down the river on tubes with my friends – an absolute blast! The campsite's setup was fantastic, providing way more privacy than your typical campground. Those platforms for our tents were pure genius – we all had our own cozy spaces to retreat to after our daily escapades. And when the rain surprised us, the owner had our backs. They brought us an extra easy up tent, saving the day and making the rainy hours just as enjoyable as the sunny ones. Having our own fire ring meant unforgettable nights filled with laughter and s'mores. But what made this campsite stand out even more was the owner's thoughtfulness and care. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best time ever. If you're looking for a place to bond with friends, have thrilling adventures, and make memories that last a lifetime, this campsite is an absolute must! Highly, highly recommended for the ultimate outdoor getaway with friends. Can't wait to go back for more good times!

Small spot close to a busyish road. Noise kept us up. A fine spot if you just need to crash like we did, but maybe overpriced for no bathroom or water.
