You just need to bring a BBQ propane tank to hook up to the firepit. One full tank usually 4-5 nights. The store a couple miles away sells and exchanges them. Wood fires are only allowed at SITE 3 on the beach. You will park by the road, grab a cart (if needed) in the red shed and walk through the field (mowed walkway) to your specific site. When leaving please be respectful for the next campers. Make sure the site is clean, Firepit cover put back on and all garbage taken out with you. Please put carts back in the shed for the next hipcampers to use. Thanks! Sorry no fireworks allowed on any of these sites. If you're celebrating the 4th there are plenty of fireworks shows in the area! ALSO checkout our RV friendly sites at Stagecoach falls a couple miles away! To get to your reserved site just walk to the left around the red shed and follow the mowed path through the field until it splits into three paths. Site one is to the left. Site 2 the middle path. Site 3 is the right path. There are a couple led lights on the path of each to help at night but you should bring a flash light. All 3 sites have solar string lights Although we've never seen on there are bears in the area. Secure coolers, grills, cooking utensils, any food not in use, snacks, and anything with food odors inside the locked compartment of a vehicle or trailer or a bear proof storage locker if available. Wipe off picnic tables and grills. Properly discard aluminum foil used for cooking.

Private Beachfront Site 3
We had an incredible time staying at Kevin's property on Horseshoe Bend (Site 3). We were able to drive up to the site and there was a picnic table, hammock, and platform for us to use! It was quiet with a private beach and exactly what we were looking for. The river was beyond refreshing and lovely to listen to. Kevin was extremely easy to stay in touch with leading up to the trip. Highly recommend staying here and looking forward to booking at his other sites!

Site 1 Very Private Riverfront
Great private spot. Felt like we were the only ones on the river. Nice set up with the fire pit and picnic table right along the water. Saw lots of ducks. Don't forget bug spray.

Rivers Edge site 2
Amazing river view!
We recently stayed at this incredible campsite by the river and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The propane fire pit was a fantastic addition, allowing us to enjoy cozy fireside chats without the hassle of wood. The picnic table provided the perfect spot for our meals, with a picturesque view of the river. One of the highlights was spotting a majestic bald eagle soaring above us, adding a touch of magic to our stay. The local farmers market on Saturday was a delightful surprise, offering fresh produce and handmade goods that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, this campsite exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect blend of nature and convenience. Highly recommend!

Private Beachfront Site 3
Beautiful spot on the rivers edge…
Beautiful spot… Conveniently located close to a store. Spot is well away from the road.. woke up to a deer swimming in the river, birds of all kinds and very active fish. Water is clear and calm. 🏕️ Will absolutely be back. RECOMMENDATION- Bring a bathroom station of your choice.. most of the land is beach with a smaller wooded area…keep it nice for the rest of us… 😊
