Treehouse at D Acres
Tree house adventure w/pets!
I give D Acres a thousand stars. This place is pure magic. My partner and I roosted in the tree house for a night and stayed dry while enjoying the rain on the tin roof. Grapes, pears, and apples were fruiting everywhere, tomatoes were growing in their greenhouse. They have a swimming hole and a fire powered hot tub. A couple was cooking steaks at the communal fire pit when I was walking by, everyone was super friendly. I just loved it.

Site 3 - Van Car Camping at D Acres Farm
Mountain camping on a farm!
We had the best stay at D Acres - the farm is beautiful and the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We saw all sorts of wildlife during our stay. The biking trails were well maintained and had a good variety for riders of different levels. We will absolutely be coming back again next year!!!

Site 11 - Meadow Camping at D Acres Farm
CarCamping + Interaction Experience
My experience was great. Will and Josh are super welcoming and accommodating and allow you to feel right at home. The grounds are very community oriented, but also feel extremely private. It’s a great combination. I’ll be back again for sure! Thanks for the wonderful service.

Very unique place. I would absolutely make an effort to get there a few hours before sunset to explore before getting into your tent for the night

Site 1 - Tent Platforms at D Acres Farm
Lovely place! We were at campsite 1 which had us close to the main house. There is a fantastic indoor kitchen and outdoor kitchen. We used the free solar shower which is cold and outside. Any type of shower is such a luxury after hiking and we were so happy to have access to one. There is running water and a communal campfire. At first we were bummed to not have a fire at our site but sitting at the communal one ended up being the highlight of our stay. The site attracted some very cool people with great stories :) this site is 30 mins from moosilauke - highly recommend this hike! Can’t think of any negatives! Will likely visit again
