Learn more about this land: We are located right on the Connecticut River, with access to atv and snow machine trails, restaurants and a grocery store. We have a brand new bath house with hot showers, sinks and outside access to outside water. Champion Meadow Campground

This place was perfect and Marc was a great host and fun to chat with. The sites were beautiful, the area perfect and close enough to walk to the store or a restaurant at night. Plenty of access to the River for fishing or boating. Rest rooms were spotless. Can’t wait to go again!

Champion Meadow Campground

We stayed for 9 days and enjoyed the wide open spaces. Wonderful and superbly clean bathrooms. It was great to walk only a few minutes into town for groceries, laundry, park, gift shop and library. Marc was very welcoming and fun to talk to.

Open field camping

If you’re looking for a real camping experience this is not your place. If you’re looking to stay somewhere last minute and affordable or if you love to ride your ATV on trails then this is the place for you. It’s definitely a camp ground mainly for people who are looking to use the ATV trails because they’re right next to them. When we got there we pulled in to a big open field and along the edges of the field were each campsite with a picnic table and fire pit. There is a creek located along the back side of the field with some sites that have a little trail to the creek. At the front of the field is a building with bathrooms for men and women with toilets and showers. The bathrooms were very nice and clean. It’s located in a little town with a little grocery store and gas station. The host was very nice and brought us wood For out fire pit for an extra 5$. It was nice for a place to sleep when you’re planing to get up and on the road in the morning. Like I said if you want a camping experience this isn’t it because there’s no woods it’s just a big open field.

Beautiful field along the river.

Beautiful area along the river. Lots of space on the field! Clean and updated bathroom/shower block. Walkable to town with a sizable co-op grocery store a block away. Welcoming & friendly host Marc. We would return.

Marc was very helpful and quick to respond. He also was able to accommodate us earlier for check in so we could enjoy our day exploring. The camping grounds were nice and the bathhouse was new and very clean! I would highly recommend 👌🏻
