Campsite - Forest Pine Grove
We took our RV to Amanda’s Property at the end of October, and pretty much had the place to ourselves! Our campsite was beautiful, overlooking the river and mountains. Took a walk to “the beach” and tried some fishing. Such a nice relaxing time, on a beautiful & quiet piece of land.

What an incredible and relaxing week at Baker Rocks. We initially booked 3 nights at the Pine Grove site, but decided to stay one more night because we were enjoying the grounds so much. Amanda was so accomodating, her attention to detail making each site and lodging unique, didn't go unnoticed. The bathrooms were fantastic, very well thought out. The grounds, gorgeous; the views, stunning; the beach and river, beautifully relaxing. This was our first time taking our current 3 dogs camping, I think they enjoyed themselves more than my husband and I. We are already planning our next 2 trips to Baker Rocks.
I highly recommend Baker Rocks for an unplugged and off grid experience.

Amazing campsite! Everything was incredibly curated, with sites that feel private but still convenient to shared amenities. Toilets and showers were by far the best we've experienced at a campground - a perfect blend of rustic and modern. It is on a river, so bring bug spray!

Great spot, so glad we found this gem. The treehouse slept 3 of us and our dog comfortably. The baker river was warm and we had a great time swimming and tubing! Hosts were amazing and very welcoming, they had great advice about the area and where to explore. Bath house was AWESOME, hot showers and clean bathrooms were perfect. We can’t wait to visit again and try out the yurt. Don’t miss out on finding Leo the cat, he is awesome. It is NH so bring bug spray and tiki torches. This is an amazing treehouse!! We LOVED our stay and highly recommend it to everyone! My husband, dog, and I had a wonderful night! The bed was super comfy, the windows made it nice and cool, the battery powered lights were gentle and made it romantic. Loved it!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing campground! From the moment we arrived, the host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The level of accommodation was outstanding – they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
The peaceful seclusion of the campsite was exactly what we were looking for. Nestled in nature, it offered the perfect escape. The surroundings were beautiful, and it felt like we had our own little paradise. The easy access to the showers, bathrooms and drinking water (super clean and plumbed!!!!!) made it a dream!
The host's friendliness and attentiveness made our experience unforgettable. We can't wait to return!

Campsite - Forest Pine Grove
We loved the tent camping site forest pine grove. The site is large and secluded, also close to the bathroom and showers. Not to close thought, about 150 yards. We were rock climbing at Rumney which was about a 5 minute drive away. All of the sites are spaced out nicely. You’re definitely not to close to anyone.
The beach on the river was great too, after along day of climbing it was nice to cool off. I’ll definitely stay there again the next time we are climbing at Rumney.

What an amazing campground! Definitely a 10 star in my opinion. So clean and nice. Site was beautiful and tucked away in the trees. Has a lot of different types of sites to choose from. We did a tent site which has a platform to pitch your tent on which was really cool! Has bathrooms and showers a gym sauna and it’s right near a really nice river. I absolutely will be going again! Thank you so much to the owner for letting us stay the whole last day for half price! Was greatly appreciated! Owner is on site and was very friendly. Also has a cute little store if you need anything.

We got there about 7.30 pm , we drove around looking for our site. It was the River site. We couldn't find the site even take to the other Campers and they didn't know where the site was either. I messaged through hip camp and tryed calling owner just got a voice mail , I left messaged and about 5 mins later ,she arrived. Then she told us where the site was over the in bankment and she said she didn't know if we could get our small travel trailer/small camper down there. She did give us 2 different site to stay at but they was too small for travel trailer to fit. By the time my husband was able to get the park at the Overlook camp spot it was dark. The bath house was nice but the bugs was horrible. We was very unhappy the spot we supposed to stay at did not look the way it was shown on the hip-camp site and it didn't mention that a small travel trailer/camper wouldn't make it down to it. It said a small rv under 20 would fit . If you wanted to tent camp or yurt or even a treehouse this is place for you. We left a day early cause we couldn't get the trailer to level good and it was very tight spot get in and out of trailer. I did text owner and let her know we left a day early but no response.

Great little dome. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in the summer….. no fans or windows. Very hot. However in the fall it would be absolutely perfect. The bed is very comfortable and huge. Dome was clean. The bugs are very bad. Bring tons of spray and tiki torches!

Nice site. Nice view. Very cool gym and laundry/showers on site! Location is prime for all Rumney has to offer. However bring as much bug spray as possible…. And tiki torches. I would absolutely recommend this campground!!

Such a perfect spot! We stayed for 3 nights with our 3 fur babies. They absolutely loved running through the fields and hanging out by the fire. The host Amanda was a perfect host. Very accommodating as we could not get our RV to the site we originally booked she moved us to more suitable spot which was absolutely perfect in every way.

I recently had the most incredible experience at this hidden gem of a Hipcamp in New Hampshire! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning natural beauty surrounding me. With a staggering 3000 feet of riverfront access amd two swimming areas, I felt like I had my own private paradise.
The glamping accommodations looked very appetizing. A few canvas tents and a dome. They also have Airbnb accommodations, which include an A-frame and a shipping container tiny home. Both of which have hot tubs!
And the best part? A gym with a sauna are coming soon! The idea of unwinding in a sauna after a day of outdoor adventures is absolutely thrilling. It's the perfect addition to an already amazing retreat.
The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made sure I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. I left feeling rejuvenated, more connected to nature, and already planning my next trip back. If you're looking for a slice of outdoor heaven with all the comforts of a top-notch vacation, this Hipcamp is a must-visit destination!

This camping experience was amazing! Sites were spaced well apart for privacy. The views were incredible, and the beaches were beautiful and clean. Absolutely nothing to complain about! On site bathrooms and showers were very nice and new looking and well maintained. We even had a little cat visit our campsite our first night :D We will be back next year!

This whole camp area is everything you would want and more! With private beaches, a clean bath house, farm animals, fire pits, games and more you won’t want to leave! We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back! The folks who run it put a lot of time, thought and care into everything they do. The Dome was super fun to stay in, it was clean and had all the cooking equipment we needed. They have multiple different camp sites and other cool tents, yurts and houses so we will definitely be back to try a different site! Each site is private on its own little patch on land so you really feel like you are the only ones!

We absolutely loved our glamping experience at Baker Rocks!
The oxbow tent was beautiful and very clean.
We spent most of the day enjoying the gorgeous river. Our dog loved running around and playing in the water.
We enjoyed seeing the farm animals and taking in the whole property.
We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a little getaway.

AJ met us at the reception / gift shop area and gave us a great overview of the land and where our campsite was. Directions couldn’t have been easier and our campsite was secluded and right along Baker River, with a 30 sec walk to the water and a 2min walk to a little beach area farther up the river. The ground is flat and sandy, which made for excellent tent camping. The fire pit was equipped with an adjustable floating grate for cooking and the solar lights on the tent site were a nice touch. The entire campground was amazing, with a super clean bathhouse, a really cool gym in a shipping container style building, and plenty of land to roam, and a short distance from some of the best hiking in New Hampshire, I will def be coming back with friends - this place is one of my new favorites. Amazing area! Our camp site was right on the river and a short walk to a rocky beach where we went for a swim! Very dog friendly, and the bathroom facilities were super clean. Definitely buggy so come prepared!! We had a great time and I hope to return again soon :)
