Learn more about this land: Enjoy an extremely unique opportunity to camp on Long Island, NB! This primitive site is on a 7-mile long island, with two nature preserves, an abundance of flora, and no vehicles, no people, just peace. For the purist. You will need your own watercraft to access the site or someone to transport and pick you up at the end of your camping trip. A 1 kilometre hike is also necessary to get to the site. The site is located on Long Island near Saint John, New Brunswick. Long Island in the Kennebecasis River was once a thriving farming settlement. I actually wasn't able to make it to Roger's place, but he was incredibly kind and accommodating, and provided a full refund without hesitation. Thank you, Roger, and i look forward to a visit in the future!
