We are a family owned and -operated campground in Waco, Nebraska. We take pride in our campground, and it shows. Whether you're looking for a restful night after a long travel day or a relaxing weekend with the family, we've got you covered! Most of our campground is pull-thru, so there is no need to worry about backing up. Got a big rig? No problem! We've got plenty of spacious sites to accommodate you, many over 100 ft. long! We offer all full-hookup (50/30/20) RV sites and grassy tent sites. AMENITIES What do we have to offer to our guests? Lots! -CLEAN restrooms, showers, and laundry. We were just passing through on our way further west. This was the perfect place to pull over, make dinner, rest, and get back in the road the next day. We got in a little later than we wanted, because of a blown trailer tire and the office was already closed. We desperately needed ice, and the Host was kind enough to let us purchase after hours so we didn’t have to go back out. We stayed in site 505 which was totally level and had a nice view of the golf course. We didn’t have any kids with us, but look like there is plenty to keep kids busy. Bathhouse was immaculate. Highly recommend.

It was rainy the night I got in and they accommodated by putting me at a site near the restroom. Restroom was clean. The 50amp chargers worked great. Also noticed they had a playground area so it would be a great campground for children. I would recommend staying here.

We only spent one night as a stopover on our way to Colorado. We got their after the store hours but after a text someone was there quickly to personally escort us to our spot and make sure we knew where everything was and all was good. Very personable. The grounds were very clean and well maintained. We got there too late to check out the mini-golf, but it looked cute. Good free internet service. We would make a point of staying here again if we were in the area.

Right off of Interstate 80, the campground is charming and beautifully maintained (including the large fenced dog area). Spacious RV sites with fire pits and a wooden swing, a lovely break from a long day of driving.

We had a later check in due to time change. We didn’t realize they’re in CST, and we were coming from MST. They were very accommodating. The facility was perfect. We didn’t use any of the offered amenities, but they had lots to do for kiddos! We felt very secure with their passcodes for entry, and gates into the campground. They had plenty of room for our dogs to run around. We would stay again. WiFi worked very well too.

We are on a trip from Washington state to Virginia in our motorhome. On our way we have been stopping at RV parks along our route. This is hands down the nicest place we’ve stayed! The staff was so sweet and friendly (so far not very common.) and the facility way clean and in good shape. The kids LOVED the pool and playground! All in all I wish we had been staying for longer than one night. If we take the same route home we will definitely be stopping here again.

Double Nickel is a wonderful place with wonderful hosts. I glamped in their cabin and it was comfortable and nicely appointed. I wouldn't have any problem staying here again in my tent or the cabin.

Very nice site , level and clean. Showers were wonderful with hot water and clean dressing area. Even though we didn’t have kids with us I noticed what a wonderful family camping ground this would be. Indoor and outdoor activities for all ages. Cudos to the hosts of this campground . Wow!! So clean, nice space for everyone. The park was a huge hit. Awesome tire park area to wear us all out after a long day in the car. Great shower house. Nice green big dig park. Overall- was very impressed and the host was very nice as well. Will be coming back when we come back this way!
