Pitch your tent or park your RV on a very basic flat field with 360 views all around, (note my River camp site and access to the River is closed due to state reclaimation and cleanup of the River). Site is 7 miles from Deer Lodge, MT. Small fire pit, not great but available for guests unless fireban is on during dry conditions short drive to several acres of public ground, ATV access, hiking, and mountain biking and fishing This is an 80-acre working ranch with cows, irrigation and hay so you may have to drive through the cows and there will be cowpies :-). Great cell service and private property on both sides, easy access to campsite. 10-minute drive to historic Grant Kohrs Ranch, old prison museum and many other unique Montana experiences.Very basic, flat meadow, can park, and camp anywhere, there is an old metal tire ring for a fire if you want when fire restrictions are off. Hidden Meadow offers a peaceful retreat with stunning mountain views and easy access right off the highway. Campers appreciate the level pasture, friendly cows, and the quiet solitude, making it an ideal stop for both tent campers and those with small to medium rigs. The directions are reliably clear, and the host is praised for quick and helpful communication. However, campers with large rigs should take weather into consideration due to potential challenges on the grass trail.

Great overnight stop

Very easy access off I90 for a quick overnight stop. We were the only ones there besides the cows, who were all very curious and friendly. They were in a separate field but came right up to the fence to check us out. I would stay again.

Quiet, secluded and scenic
36 ft Class A · With kids
This was a nice flat fenced pasture surrounded by hills and Mountain views. It was a tight corner and longer down a grass trail than we expected to get to the location and I was thankful we hadn’t had recent wet weather or our class a never would have made it. I would advise weather based caution for large rigs but we managed and had a nice time. We had a campfire in the metal ring and kids enjoyed hotdogs and smores. Neighboring cattle observed as the kids ran around and played football. For medium, small rigs and tent camping it’s a fantastic location if you want solitude. Thankyou for hosting.

The BEST spot
Tent
We booked this on a whim before the 4th and are SO happy we did!!! Jodi’s Place is incredible… we loved seeing and being around all the cows. The mountains surrounding the pasture were STUNNING. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful pink sunset followed by Elmer’s insane firework show from across the street at the GEM bar!!!! Would 100% recommend and will be back!

The views are beautiful. Super close to I-90 but far enough away that you can’t hear the road noise. Jodi was so accommodating. I drove right past the hip camp I was supposed to be at and was heading for this second night reservation. She was quick to respond to my request to come and stay a night ahead of schedule. Site was perfect for me and my dog. Lots of walking and swimming in the river for the pooch. Felt very safe. Would stay again.
