We had the whole pasture to ourselves. Great affordable stopover before heading to Yellowstone. Our family laid on a blanket and looked at all the stars in the big Montana sky!

Tent camping on this pasture was GORGEOUS. The host was incredibly kind, communicative, and flexible. Our prior site fell through last minute and the host approved us staying within a few moments. Host is very transparent about amenities and GPS navigation. Would stay again!

Easy on and off 90, close to the exit, great directions to a peaceful spot with a beautiful view. Love staying here on our trek to northwest Montana. We double tow and it works fantastic for us.

The views are beautiful. Super close to I-90 but far enough away that you can’t hear the road noise. Jodi was so accommodating. I drove right past the hip camp I was supposed to be at and was heading for this second night reservation. She was quick to respond to my request to come and stay a night ahead of schedule. Site was perfect for me and my dog. Lots of walking and swimming in the river for the pooch. Felt very safe. Would stay again.

It’s bare basic which we loved. Open grass field. Saw 7 deer one night! Very quiet. We originally paid for 2 nights and added 2 more. Central to everything we wanted to explore!

We enjoyed a lovely, quiet, peaceful stay at the Hidden Meadows pasture site. The pasture is large and we had the place all to ourselves. The host’s communication was incredibly quick, friendly and responsive. We would absolutely stay again!

The spot down by the creek was awesome! It is driving through a pasture on an unimproved road but it is worth the effort! Go slow and you will be fine. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling through the area.

A very nice and quiet spot next to the river. The 2 spaces are well separated to provide privacy. Convenient spot along I-90 if you are traveling through. Highly recommend, slight “white noise” from I-90 but subtle.

We LOVED staying here! It’s in a very convenient location making it easy to visit neighboring towns due to its proximity off I-90. Yet, it is also very private as the site is located at the very back of the property. Any road noise we heard coming from the Interstate was minimal.
The road in to camp was easy, and the spot we set up on with our little trailer was nice and flat, which was right next to the pole. We didn't have access to the river really, but it sure was nice listening to its flow and watching the fish swim up to eat things on the surface. Plenty of cow moo’s and bird chirp’s too.
Our dogs loved running around and exploring the space … they definitely found plenty of cow pies to snack on 😆😉
We look forward to returning again next summer!

Open pasture camping in beautiful Montana. Not much else needs to be said. The camping area itself is level and clean with a fire ring for when they are allowed. We enjoyed sunset on one side of camper and sunrise on the other. Easy in and out to campsite with clear directions from host! I wish we’d had more time to enjoy. We booked the day before and response was almost immediate. Next time through we will for sure be adding this to our list for a slightly longer stay!

Tent camped, and it was wonderful!! Private, easy to get to, and there is service. Cows were so much fun to just watch wander around!! Absolutely beautiful views, we watched the sunset and the sunrise and it was amazing.

Typically I’d seek a dispersed camp site on public lands in areas I’m more familiar with, but I wasn’t sure what the options were near deer lodge & didn’t want to be driving around aimlessly in the dark looking for a site w my kids in tow. This camp site was perfect, not too far from our travel route & easy to find & set up at. Just like home, pretty quiet other than the occasional sounds of nearby cattle which is peaceful.

Really loved the solitude and beauty here. Enjoyed the wide open space and watching the cows graze! Location is very close to the interstate which made it very convenient while traveling across the country. Definitely would stay again!

This was our 1st HipCamp. The process was easy and we loved our private pasture with pastures full of cows on each side. The sunset and sunrise were amazing! Very private and peaceful. Great place for our 2 dogs as well
