Near Glacier National Park
Within a 30-minute drive from the West Glacier Entrance.
Big rig-friendly
Spacious, level camping well-suited for travel trailers over 40 ft long.
Forested camping with mountain views and only seven miles from Glacier National Park. We currently have three sites in total on our property. One site intended for RVs (with water and 30 amp hook ups) and the other two sites are intended for tent camping or place to park a more modest size camper van (no hook ups). All three sites are spaced apart from each other with trees buffering between. We will require campers to have their own toilet after September 2nd, 2025. We will have a porta potty onsite for campers to use and share until September 2nd, 2025. We have immediate access to National Forest land so you can recreate from your campsite if you desire. There is a community fire pit with chairs and picnic table and BBQ when requested. Campfire only in the metal fire ring, not at your own personal site. There is WiFi access while around the sites (usually works). Great star gazing as well! My wife Jesse and I live on the property with our dogs Kintla and Talvi. We live here full time and spend all of our days off recreating in the surrounding mountains and Glacier National Park. Happy to help answer any questions or offer insights as you might need! Quiet forested camping with mountain views and only seven miles from Glacier National Park. Given the dry conditions, please drive slowly on our driveway to Minimize dust. Thank you. We will require campers to have their own toilet after September 2nd, 2025. We will have a porta potty onsite for campers to use and share until September 2nd, 2025. Please note, we do not allow RV to dump/connect to our septic. Closest location is at Mikes Coneco in Columbia Falls. We have immediate access to National Forest land so you can recreate from your campsite if you desire. There is a community fire pit with chairs and picnic table and BBQ when requested. Great star gazing as well! This site is for RV, if looking for tent camping then please see our other sites. Flat gravel for parking with roundabout driveway. There is 30 amp plug in and well water access. This is a mostly open site with mountain views . The fire pit, picnic table and WiFi signal are only a 30 second walk away. It is a ten minute drive to West Glacier. There is access to National Forest Land as well. We have two dogs on our property so we kindly suggest you to be dog friendly. The county road and our driveway are gravel/dirt with gentle inclines. We have a wooden entry arch at the start of our driveway approximately 13 feet tall. Convenient to the Glacier NP West Entrance. RV site has 30 amp power and water. Theres a Latrine close by.

Directions and help from host were excellent. The site was bordered on one side by some metal fence or railing that gave a look like it was abandoned. The potty, though clean, was like those at a construction site - not a pleasant view. The two plastic Adirondack chairs and low ( coffee type) table could be moved around to choose orienation.

We loved how laid back this spot was. It was not busy and we felt like it was a nice escape from the craziness of Glacier NP! We also felt like the access to electricity was a plus. Thanks Kevin!

Our group of 4 stayed in tent site 2 for five nights for our recent trip to Glacier. It’s only 10 minutes outside of the park entrance and close to gas stations, stores and showers nearby at the KOA. The site itself was the perfect size for two tents, it also has a small table and 2 chairs. The port-a-potty on site is very clean. We enjoyed using the firepit, picnic table and Adirondack chairs and there was plenty of free firewood on site. Awesome spot to stay!

Kevin was a great host and helpful. We felt like we were in the wilderness. It was safe and quiet. There was very easy access to the West Gate of Glacier NP.

Great site, spacious with water and 30amp electricity. Kevin’s directions to get to the site were clear and he was quick to respond. About 10-15 mins to West Glacier and close to many amenities. Went to Mikes TC Conoco in Columbia Falls for dump site ($10). Would stay here again.

Perfect Base Camp for Glacier!

I loved my stay here! It was the perfect spot to work during the day and explore Glacier in the evenings. The property is beautiful and peaceful—trees, wildflowers, open skies, wildlife and no dust. Only 15 minutes to the West Entrance of the park. I had great Starlink signal for remote work (plus Kevin’s WiFi if needed) and a 30 amp hookup for my RV. One of the best Hipcamps I’ve stayed at—such a great base for visiting Glacier. Kevin is very responsive, friendly, and takes great care of the property. Highly recommend!

It was a big site close to Glacier NP and very secluded even though there is also a cabin onsite. We liked having water and electric. Host was very accommodating when I thought I would need a later checkout.

My wife and I enjoyed parking our trailer on Kevin's property. It made a great place to start and end our day at Glacier National Park. Kevins instructions on how to get there were clear and easy to follow and it's easy to get to the park and any groceries or gas, if you need them. Our hosts were wonderful and easy to talk with and we would definitely recommend them, and the property, to anyone looking for a place to camp.

This was a great spot for us! Directions were easy to follow and signage was everywhere to help! Kevin had two tent sites that were pretty close together but we actually felt a little safer knowing there were other people around, and they felt safe enough to set up camp and leave it to go explore the area. We only stayed one night but we would definitely be back if we had to come back out west! We had water close by and an electrical plug in at the site! Loved our stay!

I enjoyed staying on this property. It was easy to find and very pretty. I had a perfect, flat spot for my van. There was also water, electricity via extension cord, and the cleanest porta potty I’ve ever seen. It was nice and close to Glacier.

We enjoyed Kevin’s place very much. This was our second stay. There are a lot of other options, but the quiet and peacefulness of this site is unmatched. Kevin & Jesse were very friendly and helpful with hike suggestions. We hope to stay at their place again soon.
