Tiny Cabin in the Woods on River
Wonderful little getaway!!!
I would totally stay here again!! Totally darling, cozy little cabin...nice place to unplug from city life. No TV, barely any phone reception. no distractions. Loved the simplicity. Nicely decorated, too! And the property had chickens!!! Also, Ryan the host was super accommodating and kind! Can't wait to come back when it's warmer to explore more of the land :)

Blown away by this place!
Amazing stay! Super friendly host with an amazing site with beautiful views for hiking and exploring! Had a wonderful time and will be making the drive again this summer! Can’t wait :)

Tiny Cabin in the Woods on River
Amazing!
My stay was phenomenal and the host was incredibly kind and welcoming! We had such an wonderful time that we are planning on going back in the future:) some things that were great:
-loved the adorable tiny cabin
-the trails around the cabin were great! I did not expect there to be trails with cute trailheads, lookout points with chairs, and picnic tables (that would be a great spot to eat lunch!)
-the goats and chickens were so cute and fun!
-the host left fresh eggs on our front porch! We made them for breakfast, which was wonderful!
-the waterfall was so impressive!! I did not expect it it be as large as it was! We had so much fun climbing around it!
-even though it is only about 3 hours away from Kansas City we felt like we were much farther! And excellent quick getaway!

Overall I could not recommend this hipcamp enough! Do yourself a favor and book now!
