Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This bus at one time was the River Bound Express at River Ranch Resort hauling hundreds of people to the river. Since then we have fully renovated this 35’ bus which has all the comforts of home including bedding, heat and A/C, indoor shower, and all the extras needed to enjoy a stay in Noel, MO. It sits in a secluded patch of woods complete with a nice deck and fire pit. just 3-5 minutes from the beautiful Elk River. The space The Elk River Blue Bird sits in the middle of 40 acres of beautiful woods and deep ravines. Your nearest neighbor is our other listing of a two-person cabin approximately 50 yards away. You should feel very private and secluded, however. Guest access Guests are welcome to hike and explore our property so long as they are respectful of the owner’s and other guest’s personal space. We are only a couple miles from the beautiful Elk River where many come to canoe, raft and kayak every year! We recommend the premier outfitter River Ranch Resort if you choose to book a float trip! Other great features in our immediate vicinity is Bluff Dweller Cave and our local 9 hole golf course Elk River Country Club. Other things to note Our black lab, Dog-dog is very excited to make new friends. He is harmless but if he gets to be a nuisance just toss some water on him. He hates that :) We do not allow any pets on the property other than our own.

A Great Glamping Experience

Our "cabin in the woods" offers a great glamping experience! This tiny house has an indoor compost toilet, outside shower with hot water, hot tub, refrigerator, air conditioner, microwave, coffeemaker, queen mattress, and your own private fire pit with firewood included. Towels are included. Please bring your own bedding; mattress cover is provided. We are 5 minutes from River Ranch Resort where you can rent rafts or kayaks to float beautiful Elk River. The space Surrounded by the beautiful peaceful woods in your own private cabin! You are welcome to explore all 40 acres of our wooded property. Five minutes away from River Ranch Resort where you can float the beautiful Elk River or enjoy a great ribeye steak! Ten minutes to Bluff Dwellers Cave! You will absolutely love it! Guest access The owners live on the property about 2 blocks away. You are allowed to explore the woods if you’d like. You will be able to park right next to the cabin. Other things to note You may smoke outside at picnic table or around the fire pit but we do not allow smoking or any open flame inside the cabin. You will be charged a penalty if you breech this house rule. Since this is a true glamping experience you will need to bring your bedding. The queen bed in the loft is amazingly comfortable but pack your sleeping bag or blankets to make your stay as carefree and cozy as possible.
