Surrounded by 17 acres of native grasses and wildflowers and 50 acres of lush woods, the property features two stocked ponds with bass and bluegill (please catch-and-release only), a tranquil creek, and endless trails for hiking. Outdoor enthusiasts will revel in the pristine wilderness, while evenings by the fire pit promise unforgettable memories under the stars. Perfect for anglers, hikers, bird watchers, star gazers, and nature lovers seeking an authentic countryside escape! Exterior game cameras may be operational on the property without recording audio or monitoring your stay. No parties or large gatherings, and no smoking indoors. Only 1 mile from a state highway, yet you’ll feel like you’re at the end of the world! The last mile is a scenic single lane country road, with a small hill just before you reach the property. A car can navigate this, although a SUV is recommended. Features: • 2 spacious bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 double/full beds) • Fully stocked kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, utensils, dishes, and cookware • Separate dining area • Bathroom with tub/shower combo • Central heating and AC • Washer and dryer for guest use • Toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner), toilet paper, towels, bed linens, paper towels, coffee, sugar/creamer, salt and pepper, and trash bags all provided • Books and Board games • Outdoor picnic table and BBQ grill (charcoal briquettes and lighter fluid provided) • Fishing pole and lures • Bocce ball set • Fire pit with Adirondack chairs (wood for campfire provided) • Skewers for roasting hot dogs or marshmallows • Self check-in and secure access with Smart Lock. Access will be sent via message before check-in. • RV 50 amp electric hookup plus water (no septic hookup) for extra fee

    Perfect little country get away. Very secluded, quiet, and peaceful. The house had everything we needed. Our 2 dogs had a great time running around the land. We'll definitely come back!
