This site is nice. It does have a lake view, but if you have a traditional camper you will be facing a privacy fence when you first exit as there is another camping site in front of it. When we first arrived the 110 hook up for the electricity was not working. We were easily able to contact Matt and Laura, and they sent their handyman, Gary, within the hour. We were able to communicate with Gary prior to his arrival and deduced the breakers were bad. Gary was unable to secure new ones, and they had to be ordered, however, he did get an adapter for the other hookup, and we were able to have electricity for our entire stay. Everything went very smoothly and was handled very professionally. We would definitely stay at this site again.

This was out second time staying at this spot and it is very nice. Located on the lake. Everything worked well, site is nicely graveled and easy to enter/exit with a camper. The only thing that was a little bit different this time than last summer was that there were quite a few non leashed dogs roaming around. One continually tried to get into the trash can. They did not seem aggressive at all, but having small grandchildren running around made me a little bit nervous at times.

Beautiful location in one of our favorite spots. Reminds me of the throwback to the '50s when the beach resorts were a family vacation spot. Close enough to Branson to be able to easily get to all the attractions and shopping get far enough away to be away from the hustle and bustle.

Site A was just a little unclear as to where it was at, as you had to take the second road on the left and then go for a few spots, so once you know what you are looking for, it is easy to find. The lot was level, clean, and easy to back into. Matt and Laura were responsive as needed, but thankfully I did not have to contact them much at all.

It was exactly like the pictures and description. Plenty to do within 20 minutes or less of the spot. It was BEAUTIFUL and very peaceful!

This spot is one of our favorites. Its so quiet and love that it's right on the water. Plenty of space as well. Yes there was moss on the water but honestly should be expected in my opinion. I never smelled it. Didn't bother us any.
My only complaint is the wifi is just great. It works some but my kids are homeschooling and had a hard time getting some of their work to pull up. But even with that said we plan on booking again as soon as we can go back to the area in the spring

Nice spacious site in a quiet area. The views were really pretty. No issues with the site or any of the utilities. We had a really nice stay!

The spot overall was ok.. the lake looked awful.. no fault on owners end.. but there was an awful smell from the dump waste station next to site B which blew over to us lol.. was not pleasant.. and a wasp nest on hookups for camper that we had to contend with.. so not sure if we'd be back or recommend. Sorry.

This camp site was almost perfect. The hookups are great and the view upon exiting the camper is beautiful. The only downside is it is right next to the sewer/waste treatment.

Great site, loved the open view over the water. The dividing fence also added a sense of privacy from the adjacent site. WIFI was fast. Laura always responded very quickly to any messages.

Great to camp right next to the water. There was good privacy. Good spacious sight. Great little playground within very short walking distance. Kids had fun fishing. Only two downsides and they are minor. The campsite is right next to some sort of pumping station. Every now and then you get the smell of sewage. Also the dock was full of algae making fishing difficult.

We had a great view from the shore of the cove. Light pollution was minimal so we could see stars in the evening. Multiple hookup options for the camper made parking super easy. We saw otters, turtles and fish, but no raccoons bothered us! We had three kids that enjoyed the playground and fishing. The spot was pretty level and very clean. Communication was great!

Beautiful views of the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. We went at the end of November and nothing was busy. I would highly recommend site A or B when staying here.

The site was confusing. The sign in front said B, but then there were two hook ups for sites B and C. Site B hook ups were on the wrong side.

So one reviewer talked about the algae and yea that part sucked it’s not the hosts fault. That part of taneycomo doesn’t flow much and there isn’t many boats this time of the year so yea. The place was quiet and plenty of space without bumping into other campers. It was nice.

There was plenty of space and it was a beautiful view right next to the water. The campsite was clean and well maintained. Laura was really helpful and responded quickly to messages. Would make a great fishing weekend. We spent a lot of time in the pool and it was clean and well maintained.

This site is nice. Level, spacious. The park is quiet, and close to town.
Also on site is a pool and laundry room which takes quarters or online payments. There are only two RV sites, and the rest are cabins and houses.
The water does have a lot of algae and sometimes gets very funky smelling. A couple of guys did turn the pumps on and tried to rake as much as possible around the dock area to push it out into the lake. That made it so much better.
You really cannot fish from the bank where we were, as it is pretty shallow. People who were fishing off the docks weren't catching anything, but they do catch nice fish during different times. If you have a boat, there are boat slips available. They were catching a lot of fish up the lake.
We saw so many fish jumping, and turtles playing in the water. Many birds, and a rabbit roaming around.
We would stay again if in the area.
Water, electric, and sewer worked very well. No issues.
Communication was spot on.

Had a great stay! Beautiful view on the water. Kids loved swimming in the pool and kayaking in the lake. Windy roads to get to the resort in our big rig, so all were ready to park for a few days.

Thank you Laura for your help in letting us stay at your location. It is quite charming and beautiful. I bet the summer is hoppin with visitors. My husband said he should have brought his fishing pole 🎣. But it was a nice place to stay while we were checking out the Omaha cemetery where Ansons great grandparents were buried and a few other relatives. We had an interesting journey up and down hills and many curved roads, to look where they lived back in the 1900’s in Arkansas (Boone Co) Thanks again we maybe back. 😊👍

We loved our time there! It was quiet and peaceful. Great site next to the water. Roomy. Much wider than we are used to with a privacy fence as a bonus. The lake was beautiful. We hear the fishing this time of year is world class for trout. Wished we would have brought our fishing gear. Definitely want to come back again. Another plus - it's open all 12 months!

The pictures do not look anything like the spot we stayed in. I’ve never seen Moss stand on top of water that thick, turtles were walking on it ,literally. Could not fish at all. Every person we met there was so nice, but just like us,very disappointed. You should put up current pictures of what it really looks likes.

We loved the quiet, the wildlife (we watched turtles, geese, a crane, fireflies, butterflies...) the large picnic table and being right on the lake by the docks. The laundry facilities were perfect for our needs. Laura was super responsive, yet gave us our privacy. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and had a large shaded Pavillion with picnic tables and there were plenty of pool chairs.

This was a comfortable place to stay while visiting Branson. We ended up adding 2 more nights. This morning we watched the geese marching in line out to the lake which was right behind our RV. The laundry facilities were clean, fast and great to have. The pool was simple (sometimes simple is best!) and clean with a nice shelter and picnic table and plenty of chairs. My only "complaint" is that we thought it was closer to town when we booked. Laura has been very responsive and has been trying to correct the listing (maybe auto-gps calculation?) showing it as 4 miles from Branson. It's actually 16, but now that we know where we're going it's not a big deal.
