1-1 PEACEFUL PONDSIDE STAY (Cabin)

Your stay offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience. The fully equipped kitchen comes stocked with cooking essentials, including pots, pans, dishes, silverware, and everything needed to prepare a delicious meal. The split-type heating and air conditioning system ensures the space stays at the ideal temperature, while hot water, body soap, conditioner, and a hair dryer make your daily routine easy and smooth. Relax with fast Wi-Fi and a TV for your entertainment, or step outside to enjoy the fire pit, BBQ grill, and outdoor furniture under the open sky. For your peace of mind, safety features such as a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher are provided. Free on-site parking adds to the convenience, making it easy to come and go. Everything you need for a comfortable and effortless stay is right at your fingertips.

1-2 RELAXING RETREAT STAY (C-02)

The property is equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning, heating, hot water, and a ceiling fan. Fresh cotton bed linens, towels, extra pillows and blankets, as well as bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, are provided for your convenience. For your safety, the property features a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit. The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking basics such as pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, as well as dishes, silverware, a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and toaster. A dining table with seating for four is also available. Additional amenities include free on-site parking, Wi-Fi, TV, room-darkening shades, a private living room, clothing storage with hangers, and a safe for your belongings. Outdoors, guests can enjoy relaxing on the furniture, dining in the designated area, or letting children play in the on-site playground. Long-term stays are welcome, and access to the resort is included with your stay.

This place was great for our short overnight stay on our way to Texas from Minnesota!! The lady was super nice and accommodating for us to come in after hours on New Years Day!! We just plugged in for the night used their bathroom and showers which were very nice. They had private bathrooms for overnight guests with everything you could need. Toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, and soaps. We will definitely stop here again on our way through!

Overall the campground is a great place. There is always that one neighbor that is a pain! Turns you in for something that wasn’t an issue! We took out our sewer hose to use AFTER we were done with showers! Well, we got a notice to check our connection! It would have been connected BEFORE we emptied the gray water tank! But this guy didn’t even think about approaching us! He had to make it like we didn’t know what to do! Then after we hooked it up, he came to inspect it! This put a damper on our evening! There is aways one!

Great place to stay in your RV. Very clean and well maintained. The manager Libby is great. Shes very sweet and always willing to help. I’d recommend for vacation or just needing somewhere to stop on a road trip.

1-2 Relaxing Retreat Stay (C-02)
This place was really nice. They gave us a goodie sack with shampoo, conditioner and lotion and a really cute card thanking us for staying with them. We never got that at any other rv park. It was dark when we arrived and David graciously showed us to our site

Its a quiet very well kept RV parks. The staff is friendly and helpful. They ate building more spots but they keep the work hours to a basic work day. Would definitely recommend this park

This is one of the best RV parks we have ever stayed at. We are full timers in our fifth wheel, and we just love it here. The office staff is always super helpful, and very pleasant to be around! Libby goes out of her way to do everything she can for the guests.

Awesome RV park. Hands-on management/ownership in a good way! I was sticking out some and they were INCREDIBLY accomplished, even adding pylons around my trailer on the road just to make me feel more comfortable. Awesome job guys, other campgrounds should take note on what true hospitality is about!

We had a very good ( and warm) overnight RV stay at your facility. We were fortunate to meet the owners of the 49 RV Park who are lovely people and it’s easy to see the pride they have in their business. We will be back when passing through this part of our state !!
