Hummingbird Hollow offers a unique camping experience with its friendly, free-roaming animals and well-equipped sites. Guests rave about the peaceful atmosphere, the charming presence of animals like goats, pigs, and horses, and the attentive service from the host, Susan. While most reviews are overwhelmingly positive, with campers appreciating the chance to disconnect and enjoy nature, some note the early morning calls of roosters and occasional sanitation issues as areas for improvement. Overall, it's a place where campers of all ages can create lasting memories in a welcoming environment.

This was a fantastic break from a long road trip. Arrived well before nightfall so arrival was easy and we had plenty of time to explore and hang out with the animals! Decided to stay a bit longer than anticipated the next morning because it was such a relaxing atmosphere. The spot is well kept and comfortable. Definitely saving this on my list for any time I’m coming through town

Beautiful little spot, directions were easy and I enjoyed exploring the property and talking to the animals. The goat did yell all night, but what can you do? 🤷♀️

I love coming here. I found this place during Covid or right before, and I keep coming back. The animals are so fun and free roaming so not a dull moment, it’s the best. But also, Susan is so helpful and nice. When my car battery died on the property (TWICE!) she kindly came and fixed it up for me. I’ll be coming here as long as I can :)
