Hummingbird Hollow Outdoors is a not for profit Farm Animal Sanctuary. You will be able to camp with the horses, goats, potbellied pigs and more. We open up our farm so that people can enjoy the outdoors, animals and nature, and the animals can enjoy people! We are a sanctuary for all creatures on earth, including humans. "Today, whatever is good for your soul, do that."

Amazing spot for kids
Totally idyllic! We brought our nieces and nephews and it was the perfect first camping experience for all of them. They loved the animals and the creek.

Sleeping on walnuts
...was just the beginning of tent camping. A "camper" who left for work at 4:30am in a vehicle without a muffler; same person had a dog who barked for an hour at 10pm. And seriously - a rooster crowing from 4am until 6:30am is a questionable choice to attract overnight guests. Couldn't leave with 3 horses blocking the gate. I got out and physically tried to shoo them, then I sat and leaned on the horn for five minutes (several vehicles went by), then I texted the owner to no avail, finally I lured them away with some apples I'd brought to eat, gave them some, tossed more on the ground and RAN back to the gate, opened it, ran to my car... and they raced out before I could get out. And for this I had to download an app I didn't want, and get unwanted emails forever? Back to stealth camping for me.

Susan’s place was lovely to stay at! The animals were friendly and the paths were a ball after hours of driving.
