Tent or RV Site Overlooking Pond
Chill Getaway
We loved tent camping on Elizabeth's land. There is a lot of exploring to do. Rock lovers rejoice! The hosts were very accommodating and excellent communicators. Super friendly and chill people on the property.
Literally, zero ticks. I know that is based on a lot of factors but... just saying. Toilets and showers were very clean and accessible. Nice bang for your buck.

Tent or RV Site Overlooking Pond
Great place to camp!
I spent two nights camping at Elizabeth camping spot in my own tent. For your own tent camping, you kind of just chose a spot that looked good to set up. I chose a spot near the lake and loved the view I had. They offer fire pits and free firewood for the cool evenings and have solar lighting to light some of the paths. They have an outdoor kitchen that is a little rough but very serviceable and the showers offer plenty of hot water. Combined that with beautiful views and the opportunity to hunt for fabulous rocks it was overall a great experience.

I loved the solitude of the place. It was easy to get to and a very responsive host. I had an issue with losing power but Elizabeth had it took care of in no time at all. Would definitely go back!!

RV Site with Expansive Views
The site was perfect and overlooked a field with cows in the morning and evening. We were able to hike to the river to swim, and to explore the property. Elizabeth was a great and friendly host. We will be going back soon with friends and family.

Great communication before, during, and after our stay. Very peaceful and relaxing campsite with thoughtful amenities …and it’s only an hour outside St Louis! Perfect for a quick weekend camping getaway.

One of a kind experience
Rock hounding was great. This location has a lot going for it. Important to get good directions. I didn't pay close enough attention and spent an hour driving around trying to locate. Unique.
