Tucked away on a quiet dirt road, this secluded retreat offers a true back-to-nature camping experience surrounded by towering trees, abundant wildlife, and the sounds of the forest. We offer three private primitive campsites, each thoughtfully equipped with a fire ring, complimentary firewood, fire starters, a hatchet, and a lighter—everything you need for relaxing evenings around the campfire under the stars. Guests also have access to a simple outdoor bath house featuring a toilet, sink, and hot shower, giving you a touch of comfort while still enjoying the rustic charm of the outdoors. Whether you’re looking to unplug for the weekend, explore the Ozarks, watch wildlife, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet, our property is the perfect place to slow down and reconnect with nature. Ideal for tent campers and anyone seeking a secluded woodland getaway.

The Bear

The Bear is our furthest campsites from the parking area and bath house. After parking at your designated sign, walk the winding dirt trail through the woods about 130 steps to your campsite. This campsite includes helpful essentials to make your stay comfortable, including firewood, fire starter, a hatchet, lighter, and a trash can. Nearby, guests also have access to the bath house, which features a toilet, sink, shower, and a water spigot for filling buckets or containers. (Bath house is located to the left of the shop, about 260 steps from your campsite.) Whether you’re staying for a quick overnight getaway or a relaxing weekend outdoors, The Bear offers seclusion in the woods and a nature filled camping experience. The Deer

The Deer is one of our most convenient and inviting campsites, located just a short walk from the parking area. To find the site, walk just 70 steps down the grassy path beside “The Deer” parking sign and continue to the first clearing, marked by a beautiful cedar tree standing in the center of the site. This campsite includes helpful essentials to make your stay comfortable, including firewood, fire starter, a hatchet, lighter, and a trash can. Nearby, guests also have access to the bath house, which features a toilet, sink, shower, and a water spigot for filling buckets or containers. (Bath house is located to the left of the shop, about 170 steps from your campsite.) Whether you’re staying for a quick overnight getaway or a relaxing weekend outdoors, The Deer offers easy access, convenience, and a peaceful camping experience. The Fox

The Fox is one of our most convenient campsites. You can park right next to it, and it’s close to the bath house! While not as secluded as the other sites, I’m sure you will still find it peaceful! This site is located next to our shop, and the evening sun shining through the tall pines is lovely. If you have kids that need to use the bathroom allllll the time and you also need your vehicle parked nearby, this one might be for you. This campsite includes helpful essentials to make your stay comfortable, including firewood, fire starter, a hatchet, lighter, and a trash can. Nearby, guests also have access to the bath house, which features a toilet, sink, shower, and a water spigot for filling buckets or containers. (Bath house is located to the left of the shop.) Whether you’re staying for a quick overnight getaway or a relaxing weekend outdoors, The Fox offers easy access, convenience, and a peaceful camping experience.
