Hamakua Bamboo Bungalow
A great adventure!!
This was a great place for us! It is an amazingly comfortable, well thought out place. It is a private, secluded, jungle like atmosphere that offers opportunity to enjoy nature and relax. It made for a great home base - not too far from anything.
Katie was a gracious host who stayed in contact and made it a home for us.
The outdoor shower and cute outhouse were fun too.
While we loved our time there and enjoyed every minute of our adventure...it may not be for everyone. If you don't like adventure, nature noises while you sleep, or a short trek to the bathroom, you may not enjoy this hidden gem. (The spiders are outside but ants and little critters can still get in. Espessially if you leave the door open.)

Worth it
This place was awesome! Clean little cabin overlooking a stream with a comfortable bed. Will be back again.
