BEAUTIFUL and PEACEFUL
This spot was LOVELY! So peaceful and well laid out, it was nice and secluded. We felt like we had the place to ourselves. They had twinkle lights that popped on after dark, not super bright just enough to add some lovely vibes and help you dig through your stuff a bit. Also gotta say, as far as Hipcamp porta potties go, this one took the cake, it was clean (no bugs or griminess) and had tp and hand sanitizer.
Just a note though if it bothers you, we could hear the train horn at night, as well as just classic country sounds (dogs at night, chickens in the am) not too close or too loud for sure didn't keep us awake but the train might wake up a little one.

Host was an hour late after a 2 hour drive to get there and then we were dropped off at camp site 1 instead of site 2. Not that big of a deal, but 50 bucks a night you should get what you signed up for, but….. the place is beautiful! Camp site looks like a well kept park. The water was cool and clear. A nice big fire pit. A nice covered picnic table with solar lights.

Buehler Farms River Camp site 1
I can’t say enough about how great this place is! It’s beautiful, we wanted a spot to camp a few days. Our host Ann was so pleasant and welcoming, she drove us to our spot and we had a great time.
There is plenty of shade , great swimming holes, great place to let kids fish! There’s flat shaded spots for tent or Rv. Very private, very quiet. Pet friendly.
The pavilion, the picnic table and fire pit , all made our stay easy.
We will be back!

Buehler River Camp Site 2
Beautiful River front camping
This was our first time using Hipcamp, and it couldn't have been better. My husband and I camped alone the first night, enjoying the campfire, the sounds of the water, and the cicadas. A young heron kept us company for most of the evening, and we heard coyotes and owls. On the second day, my children and grandchildren joined us, making our group eight people in total. The water is clear and forms a horseshoe around the campsite. Its spring fed and refreshing. The kids loved putting their tubes in on one side and letting the current carry them around to the other side. While mostly shallow, there are some deep swim holes too. We set up our kitchen on a nice-sized deck next to the river. The owner provided a porta potty with a hand sanitizing station. We all had a magical time. This was our first Hipcamp experience, and the bar has been set high.
