Our property is 6 acres with a pond. Mailbox entrance is 34ft wide. 2nd entrance is 40ft wide. It is heavily wooded with some pathways (in progress). There is an incinerator toilet on site, electric and (well) water. There are 2 separate rv outlets onsite and both are 50a/30a/20a. The pond is stocked with fish. There are fire pits, benches and a picnic table. There are wildlife (deer, raccoons, hawks and foxes). Plenty of (gravel) parking is available.

Site 1 is for large Rv’s 40’ or larger (including 5th wheels. This site is in front of the house and approximately 50’ from the road. There is a line of trees that provide some privacy. There is a 30a/50a plug available. Water available to fill tanks. This well water.

There are logging trails on the property that have been cleared. You can pick your off grid 4x4 area to camp. No electricity hook ups. Do not drive on top/over the pond damn. There are several cleared areas you can pick from. There is no gravel or concrete areas included. There are areas of heavy brush for privacy. Know your limits and capabilities. We do not have recovery equipment to pull you out if you get stuck.
