When you pull into the campground, at first it doesn’t look too bad but then you start seeing these VERY old and run-down, dingy campers. In the most respectful way, the rv sites are overpriced for the experience you get. We did have electric, but the water hookup was underground and upside down. Definitely only a place to book in an emergency for one night. Not two. It genuinely resembles a homeless encampment. The people are very peculiar who stay/live there long term…. and other guests do not follow the pet-being-on-a-leash policy. Our two dogs were on EDGE the entire stay because of this. Having to check if your neighbors dog is outside before taking yours-that’s leashed-is not cool. This is a campground. Not your family’s property they let you live in your camper on. To the owner, do better. Enforce your policies better. Kick those people out, you can deny/end business with people. We appreciate that we had somewhere to stay, but we can’t say that we felt 100% safe there. Hope improvements come in the near future.

very basic .. good for overnight. no frills. concrete pad is cracking but usable. Sewer inlet is an uncovered hole in the pad; with Rv parking over it.

Very basic rundown site. Electric, water and sewer provided. Sewer placement was under our rv and couldn’t be used until the next morning to empty tanks. The area was safe. Best description is you get what you paid for.

Pros... sites well marked, well maintained grass & hookups in good shape. 50' to a flea market if that's your thing. $33 per night for full hookups is a steal! very quiet with lots of full timers.
Cons... narrowest sites I've ever seen! We had to pull all the way to the end of our pull thru in order to avoid walking out of my camper directly into neighbor's slide-out, had to park truck behind my bumper pull & had to set up table & chairs in front of camper in the gravel (no room to set up in normalspot near my doorway). lots of traffic & people walking around at flea market. no access to the river. not a party campground. no firepits.

The numbered “spots” are very difficult to find! I drove through once & had to call the number listed for the RV park. No answer & left message but no return call!
I finally found the spot. Another RV had their power plugged into our spot which wasn’t a big deal because the power boxes were right next to each other.
No shower house or bathrooms.
