We Have free stickers! *For camp site locations please refer to our map in the campsite listing photos. We are located just west of the Ironton Water Works Plant and the Shepherd Mountain Lake dam. Turn right after the dam, drive through Shepherd Mountain Lake Park. If our "campground guests only" gate if it is closed, and please close gate behind you. Thank you! No Hook Ups No swimming in the lake and no outside boats, but we have boats for campers to use free of charge! General Store and restroom facilities/showers coming soon!

Arcadian Oasis

Creative, sustainable, well-built and a lot of fun. Wood-fired sauna and hot tub on the grounds? Who could complain. Looking forward to my next visit.

Last site on the left

Wonderful Experience!!

This was my second time staying here and it was just as amazing as the first!! Plus they’ve added many upgrades like the pool and sauna which were so wonderful and fun. The host was so kind and made sure my friends and I were well taken care of throughout our stay. I have been recommending this place to everyone since I stayed here for the first time, and can’t recommend it enough! Such a special hidden spot. Thank you for a great weekend!!!

Very charming and comfy

Sites are spaced out nicely. Wooded throughout, creating both a nice sense of togetherness with other campers yet enough room and buffer for privacy. Definite go-to again when we return to the area!

Wellspring

We loved the outdoor sauna and hot tub. Our a-frame was just private enough. The host is friendly and attentive but not intrusive. My partner is 5’9” so her feet were in contact with the wall at the end of the bed most of the night so we might try a different site next visit. Short drive to Mina Saul Falls trail, rigorous and beautiful hike; fortunately it had been raining so falls were flowing well. Great time in So. MO! Thanks for having us!!

First Place

Pretty awesome grounds

Stayed here for a second time for fall camping and loved it just as much as the first. Staff is accommodating and friendly. The new hot tub and sauna are nice amenities. Will def be back for a summer stay.
