This place was magical. I came with my family of 5 and our schauzer. The wine was delicious. I sipped on a glass while playing a game with the kids and listening to the live music. The tasting room had so many games to play with the family and walking along the vineyard was so fun. The pizza was brick oven made and so delicious !! I loved that there were bathrooms and showers and even a coffee room with a Kuereg.

We just wrapped up a dreamy weekend at Wild Vines Campground, and it was everything we hoped for—and more. Nestled in the heart of a working vineyard, this spot offers the perfect blend of nature, comfort, and wine-country magic.
Facilities: The bathrooms and showers were impressively clean and easy to access from every site. Whether you’re camping in the woods or tucked among the grapevines, you’re never far from a hot shower and a tidy restroom. It’s clear the staff takes pride in keeping everything spotless.
Connectivity: We were pleasantly surprised by the reliable Internet access throughout the campground. It made it easy to share photos, check in with family, or stream a little music while sipping wine under the stars.
Winery & Vineyard Access: One of the biggest highlights was the short walk to Wild Mountain Winery, where we enjoyed live music, delicious wine flights, and warm hospitality. The vineyard trails are perfect for scenic strolls—especially at sunset, when the light dances across the hills and vines.
Atmosphere: Whether you’re glamping in the vineyard or camping in the woods, every site comes with a fire ring and picnic table. The vibe is peaceful, welcoming, and just rustic enough to feel like a true escape.

Wild Vines is a hidden gem with great wine, live music under the stars, and beautifully kept grounds that make it hard to leave. Owners Mark and Ray are incredibly friendly, and Jenni makes you feel right at home with her warm hospitality. It’s the perfect spot to relax, sip, and stay a while.

Cute camping site with fire pits, friendly service. Bathrooms and showers were close to our site and clean. Wine bar on site (we did not participate) and coffee room for the morning!!!

Wonderful experience tent camping here! The property is lovely and the staff was so friendly. We also did a wine tasting and purchased a bottle to have by the campfire. Highly recommend!

I ended up leaving early due to the weather, and the host was nice enough to partially refund my reservation. The amenities (flush toilet and showers) are clean and in good working order, and the staff is kind/helpful. Staying on the vineyard, with access to delicious wine/cider and food, is a nice perk. My only complaint is that my site (13) lacked a little bit of privacy, compared to other sites, due to its location and proximity to the restaurant/facilities. The site also wasn't level, at all- this made for an uncomfortable night's sleep even with a down blanket and a sleeping pad under my sleeping bag- but I can't speak to how different sites are set up, so you might find a better one. Over all, this hipcamp works well when Interstate Park's showers are down for the season and you're in a pinch!

We really enjoyed our time camping at Wild Vines. It’s so dark and peaceful at night! We were a bit disappointed that we missed out on wood fire pizza Saturday night. Note to others, get there early! It was 7pm ish and they were already sold out. Wine was fabulous and perfect after a day of canoeing and hiking.

I would like to first start this review by saying that I was an extreme last minute camper. I had my eye on their campground after not 1, not 2, but 4 other destinations were rained out. I made my reservations to stay for two nights at Wild Vines right before jumping in my car and heading to Minnesota for great weather on a holiday weekend.
Jennie was extremely accommodating and patient. I missed her first call while I was in a state park. I didn’t get back to her until the next morning. She answered all my questions with a smile in her voice. It’s also worth noting that my request for a place to camp on their vineyard was granted, and the spot she picked for me was perfect. I enjoyed every moment spent at the campsite.
The rest of the staff were all friendly and genuinely seemed to have your happiness and enjoyment as their main focus. I didn’t hang around the tasting room too much, but when I did, I found the atmosphere lively, and again, the staff are all gems. You won’t regret spending time there! (And yes, the wine is delicious!)
The other campers (even the ones with children) were polite and settled down earlier than the outlined noise curfew. I was particularly shocked and grateful for that.
Overall, I had an absolutely wonderful time. I hope to be back there next summer.

We had a nice time. The live music was great, the wine was good and fun atmosphere. However our campsite did not have any level ground to set up a tent. Also people should know about the alcohol policy before they book a sight.

We have a pop up camper and found our site to be very fine even in the soggy rain. The best spots though were the “glamping” sites up the hill and nestled between the rows of grape vines. The wine tasting and snack pizza were just what we needed after a full day of travel. Dog friendly too!!

So fun! We stayed in the wooded sites with 4 other families, and it was so fun. Easy to cart in with the trollies. Nice clean bathrooms. Showers. Beautiful wooded sites. Kids explored and played board games in the tasting room. Adults enjoyed the music and tasting wine. Great location and friendly staff. Easy to relax and enjoy. Oh yeah, and they delivered wood to our site!

Loved the camp grounds in the vineyard. Easy to set up camp with the carts provided. Woodfire pizza on Saturday was delicious. Super nice to have coffee in the morning as well! Will definitely come back. Thank you!

Overall we had a good experience! Staff was all very friendly, and the wine & beer was great. We did have to sign a lengthy contract up front, and once clause was that no outside alcohol was allowed. We don’t have an issue with the clause itself, but we wish we would have known that beforehand. We also wish we would have known beforehand that we couldn’t bring our own firewood, and instead had to purchase it on site.
