This private 7-acre property—currently in development for a cozy cabin—offers early access to a truly special slice of land in the heart of Minnesota’s outdoor paradise. 🏕️ What You’ll Get Now: • Spacious campsite perfect for a tent, small camper, or RV under 25 feet • Private setting with plenty of wooded seclusion • 200 amp farm panel – bring your extension cords to tap into power • Pack-in, pack-out for now (leave no trace!) • Newly dug septic and well! (Septic is operational! Well is not yet.) 🚴‍♀️ Location, Location, Location: • Minutes from world-famous Cuyuna Country mountain biking trails • Paved bike paths from the property to the trailheads • Nestled in Deerwood, just a short ride or drive to downtown Crosby 🔊 A Quick Note: There is a train track nearby. Small camper/RV/Tent Site

Brett’s land is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. The site has big beautiful trees, and we were fortunate enough to be there in the autumn to watch the leaves fall. It is wonderfully quiet and dark at night, making this spot a stargazer’s paradise. Brett’s pride of ownership is apparent by all the work that has been done to the property. We will definitely go back.

Great location for home base rv

Nice location just minutes away from cuyuna lakes. Owner was great at agreeing questions and working with us. We hauled a 28 foot camper trailer, so longer set ups can be done but should have background with hauling. We LOVED the off leash for our dogs. Must have for us any camping spot we go to.
