Our family is looking forward to another great camping season! This small hobby farm is where I (Esther) grew up and now my husband Joel, our four children, and my parents, are developing it into a self-supporting farmstead and event venue as we raise chickens and Nigerian dwarf goats, and grow a pick-your-own elderberry field. We offer a single site for off-season/winter camping for longer visits at a discounted rate. Please reach out for more information if you're interested. What you can expect at The Jubilee Homestead: Free firewood Free 20amp electricity hookup at all sites (NOT ENOUGH TO RUN A/C, plenty for everything else) Free water Free farm fresh, free-range eggs to collect yourself in the mornings plus more for sale when available. Access to broomball court and equipment in barn loft Rustic trail around back of property about 1/4 mile long Playground Dishwashing sink You are welcome to enjoy The Milk Room Lounge and Farm Store. You'll find self-serve coffee, hot cocoa, and other options available for purchase, There is a microwave, places to sit and visit, and even a game table. Joel and I have co-authored several books (under the pen name J.E. Ribbey) which are also available in the Farm Store. We have an American post-apocalyptic thriller series and a historical fiction series for middle grade readers about the American Revolutionary War. We have a nice, fully private outdoor shower with hot water available for $2.50/shower. Guests can pay on-site via our posted QR codes or cash box. We're also available for other events like birthday parties, intimate weddings, and group gatherings at our gazebo and/or 20ft x 40ft party tent. As a homeschooling, home business building family, there is usually a project or two always in the works to join in on if you feel so inclined or just sit back and enjoy the peace of clean air and loving goats! Several lakes in the area provide numerous options for fishing, boating, and hiking. And nothing beats those evening country road walks while agate hunting! Other area attractions include Mini golf in Cambridge, public aquatic center with water slides in Mora, and several state parks an hour or less away.

The Goat Pasture Corner site is mostly shaded and sits right next to the walking trailhead and pastures. Our friendly goats will be your companions from the other side of the fence, enjoying any attention and treats you have to offer. This site works well for tents and campers up to about 24ft. if you're comfortable backing in. Pair Goat Pasture Corner with the Hilltop Campsite if you're booking for a group. Note: Electric hookup is 15/20amp only!

This listing is only for off season winter camping. Whether you're looking for a week or two adventure or a winter-long site, please contact us for options. This site is tucked in next to the barn and protected from the NW wind. It is ideal for trailers and RV's and has 20 amp (no 30 amp available) electric hook up. During the off season the outdoor shower and outhouse are NOT available but you will have access to water, garbage removal, firewood, and our farm store/lounge. Whether you're looking for a romantic get-away, or just a place to breathe, you'll get to enjoy the privacy and space our Cottage Tent has to offer. In the tent you'll find a queen bed, chairs and table, lamps, a fan, and solar-powered electricity for your use. Outside you'll have solar lights marking the path, a screen tent with table and chairs, a firepit with cooking grate, on-site water and garbage, and lovely views of one of our market gardens (separating your site from the property walking trail) and neighboring rolling hills. I have stayed at Jubilee Homestead a handful of times over 3 years. It’s a beautiful slice of land to bring my friends and my granddaughters to. The animals, the beautiful barn and owners are all great. Esther answers messages within minutes and is so helpful always. She and her husband have written many books and we bought one on this visit. I’ll be coming back here a few times every year. It’s wonderful to bring my city granddaughters out so they can experience this beautiful country life! Picking apples from trees, touching goats and chickens and just playing at the playground, it’s a sweet slice of country life.

Esther’s property was so beautiful and relaxing! I loved all the chickens, goats and seeing the neighbors’ cows and horses. Also, one of the barn cats literally climbed up in my lap and cuddled into my neck!! So sweet! The little path around their property is cute and the outhouse was so clean and roomy. The cookies at arrival were delicious and I purchased a book (excited to read) and crochet pig from their little store. It was a quick stay but peaceful and relaxing. I would recommend!

My grandkids; ages 8 and 10 and I visited wonderful farm this past weekend for a one nite getaway. We all loved the experience! The kids rollerbladed in the barn, played with the cats and loved seeing the goats and chickens! Our glampung tent was perfect; comfortable bed and fun vibe. We definitely will be back next year! Thank you, Esther and Joel for your hospitality!

We had a wonderful visit at the Jubilee camp. The place is peaceful, fun and beautiful. Many things to do rain or shine. The animals, love how the owners provide information and names of many. The “poop coop” is the best outhouse alive seen yet. And the owners - greeted us upon arrival. Always answered any questions within an extremely short time and I feel went out of their way to make the visit enjoyable. We do hope to visit again next summer!

Fantastic spot. My young kids loved the jungle gym, barn cat, chickens, mischievous goats, and just about every aspect of the property. Esther and Joel were very responsive and the property was perfect for our RV trip.

What a lovely stay! Esther was always quick to respond and greeted us with cookies and a tour of their farm. Beautiful property with chickens, goats, horses, and cows. Very clean and quiet! Loved their little produce stand as well! Of note, the GPS called the turn off the hwy Tucker Rd but the sign is County Line Rd (I think). Easy detour though. Would def recommend!

Goat Pasture Corner
Easy going host that was very accommodating. I had a nice corner of the property that overlook horse paddocks. The sunrise in the morning was a great way to start the day. The goats and chickens roamed around the property and would usually spend a hour or so trying to get me to feed them. The goats and chickens both enjoy fresh corn. Esther & Joel had a vegetable stand I was able to purchase some peppers and beets for dinner, they were delicious.

Beautiful & peaceful farm with lots of land for walking & interacting with animals. I bring my grandchild every summer, for 3 years now & we will keep on coming back. The people are friendly and helpful. Nights are very quiet & mornings are punctuated with a zesty rooster- a true farm feeling!

We used our 26' travel trailer and easily fit in the Hill top spot. Such a pleasant and fun location! Lots of chickens, goats and cats for the kids to pet and playground and sandbox. Lots of space. I used the milk room to work one day and that was wonderful.

Hilltop Campsite
This is our second time staying at the Jubilee homestead. We will definitely be back. They are so hospitable and generous, but also give you your privacy. They have free range goats, chickens, and cats that are so fun to play with and see in their natural element! Our kids love playing in their barn. I’d definitely suggest camping here! And it’s far enough out, but still close to many things.

We biked in to Jubilee Homestead and were met not just by Rick, who warmly welcomed us and helped us settle in but also by a flock of chickens, herd of goats, and a bold cat. They all made us very welcome! We had a great time, I'll be coming back.

Wonderful experience for our first time camper kids, age 3 and 6. Great private space with access to the rest of the property. Kids had a blast checking for eggs, feeding the goats and horses, and exploring the trail. Perfect place to camp with kids.

Wonderful staying with ester and Joel very welcoming people. Very fun experience my almost two year old loved the animals and playground we will be back!!!!!! Only problem is the internet was not connecting whatsoever even tho we were closest to the barn but that’s okay.

We had an amazing experience at Jubilee Homestead! The hosts were accommodating, the sights were good size, and the goats and chickens made for a happy camper of my toddler. The grounds were beautiful and well kept, the indoor areas were warm and inviting, and the gift bag upon checkin was an unexpected welcome. You can tell they put a lot of pride into the hospitality and experience they provide, and we can’t wait to stay again next year.

This is the best place to camp for family, everything’s so clean and well maintained. Kids gonna love this place, there are chickens and goats around all the time. It was so much fun a large place to hangout and play some indoor games. And wood as much as we can burn. This is one of a kind place. This farmstead is a 100% recommended.

Our farm camping weekend with our 7, 5, and 2 year old was perfect. Spacious camping site - playground and sandbox to entertain the kids - animals all over! The little store with games was a hit as well.

The homestead was beautiful for a nice quiet getaway. The outhouse was incredibly clean. There was a small trail on the property next to our site for a nice sunrise walk. We enjoyed having all the animals keeping us company in the morning. We look forward to coming back sometime and hopefully picking something up from the farm store before leaving camp!
