Includes electric, water and sewage. Close to downtown, but just far enough to feel secluded. Deer may visit your doorstep, turkeys will scurry past, but the only neighbors that may make an appearance are 5 mini cows that occupy the adjacent pasture every few weeks to graze. Property is located just across the main road from Fox Lake and Lake Sallie. 10 minutes to the infamous Zorbaz on Detroit Lake, 1.5 miles from Hotel Shoreham and 2 miles to the Detroit Country Club golf course. A short 4 miles to the Soo Pass Ranch, home to We Fest. Come experience better than boon docking in Detroit Lakes! Note: The house show in photos is unoccupied and not available to rent. Wonderful stay!

Dual RV

We stayed here with another family and had a ton of fun. We had a 27’ travel trailer and they had an ice castle. It wasn’t too bad to get them both situated and set up. Kids had a blast running around and biking up and down the long driveway. Very close and convenient to downtown DL for something to do. Quiet area, with minimal neighbors. Picnic table and fire pit were nice add one. Everything listed worked well and there were no surprises.
