Immerse yourself in the tranquility of Rolling Hills Resort, a hidden gem nestled on 100 private acres of lush woodland, gracing the shores of the picturesque Smith Lake. Our serene location is the perfect getaway for fishing enthusiasts, offering a bountiful catch of Bass, crappies, Bluegills/Sunfish, Northern, and Walleye in the 679-acre lake. For thrill-seekers, the nearby Pine Center Trails offer a thrilling 23‑mile trail system with a variety of terrains to challenge riders of all levels. If you crave a mountain biking experience, Crosby, just 15 miles away, boasts a 30-mile trail network within the 800-acre Cayuna County State Recreation Area. This area also offers unique activities such as scuba diving and trout fishing. With over 1000 acres of public land adjoining our resort, nature walks and hiking are popular activities among our guests. For golfing enthusiasts, a selection of five golf courses are located within a few miles, with many more just an hour's drive away.

Rolling Hills Resort-RV Sites
We did not have a good experience at this campground. Firstly, I booked this site a few days before arriving and confirmed with the host that they had a working shower house. When I showed up, not only was it probably the smallest shower I've ever seen but the water heater had gone out so shower was unusable but with no communication from the host about this. Secondly, the sites to choose from are very unkempt and ours specifically had some old moldy fake outdoor carpet on it. Thirdly, the water spigot on our site did not give off enough water pressure to actually utilize it in the camper at all. Lastly and most important, even though it is listed as a leashed dogs only resort the host encourages unleashed dogs. This held a huge liability for us as we do not trust if othe rpeople keep their dogs up to date on shots or if any dog is sick, so we had to keep our pup inside most of the time. Unleashed dogs would repeatedly try to enter our camper or our vehicles and often found themselves in the way of our vehicles in some way. Long story short we tried to avoid actually being at the campground except for sleeping.

Julie was very helpful in getting our camper to a great site. Gorgeous views, a great pond for kayaking or a lake to fish on with a boat landing and dock! Also only 2 miles from Mille lacs. We had a great time thank you Julie and Brian!

This was a beautiful location. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. There are several seasonal campers here, and they were nice as well. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
