Enjoy the comforts of home at some sites—including flush toilets, showers, and a kitchen.

Our property is our home, pottery studio, Maine Prairie Studio, campground, camper and bunkhouse. Guests are able to reserve the camper or campground to stay in. The camper is equipped with running water, electricity etc. The lakeside campground has enough space for 3 different bookings. Since we are potters, guests are able to book our pottery studio during your stay for some cool "Extras". Below are the "Extras" we have available to register for. - Private lessons - Pottery Classes - Open Studio Passes - Wood Fired Pizza Party We look forward to helping you find your next Clay Camp or Kiln Camp experience here at Makers Acres. During warm weather you are able to access Murray Lake from our property to swim, kayak or paddle board. During winter, we live 1/2 mile from a ski hill, Powder Ridge, which has tubing, downhill skiing and snowboarding. Currently, we accept guests with or without pets but there is a $150 damage deposit for each pet.

Our Lakeside Campground is located within a clearing in a wooded area behind our yard. There is enough space for three tents per site. There is a fire ring, subtle views of Murray Lake, a trail down to the lake and dock, a hammock and plenty of space for a small family or a group of friends. There is running water and a toilet on site. There is not electricity in the camping area but there are outlets on the property that guests may use.

Our cozy camper is an older model with two single bunks, a couch and a small eating nook. The couch folds down into a full size bed. It is connected to running water and electricity. There is a refrigerator with a freezer, a range, a microwave, a sink, a water heater, a small bathroom with a flush toilet and a shower. It is situated in the back portion of our yard just a short walk away from one of our flower gardens and next to a short trail to Murray Lake. Pots and pan, dishes and bedding are included with your reservation. You’re welcome to use the trampoline, throw some beanbags, sit around the campfire ring in the campground, use the hammock or use the paddleboard.
