Camping on The Knoll at Little Jay
Great, spacious, and beautiful property on the lake. Boat landing and dock access were a big two thumbs up! Great Bass lake with some nice large perch. Host was very friendly and very helpful.

Glamping at The Pines On Little Jay
We had a great time tent camping at Blair's land.
It was easy to find,spacious, quite and private.
Group of 12 people can definitely fit there with tents. And multiple vehicles and and camper can fit there as well.
The site was very clean and well kept.
Bugs/mosquitoes were not bad at all,even tho we were right by a lake. Just make sure you bring tiki torches, citronella candles and mosquito coils.
Porta potty was very clean, Blair even left us a lot of toilet paper and lysol wipes in there.
Such an amazing,friendly,cool and attentive host. His kids were adorable and friendly too.
When the water pump had issues,he managed to come out right away even tho it was 4th of July weekend, to fix it for us.
There were electrical outlets and multiple long cords, 3 large wooden picnic tables, super large fire pit, starter wood piles, wood chopping tools and grate were provided. It was great to be able to charge our electronics.
We fished from the peer,which had an amazing view to the lake.
Paddle boat was available, but we ran out of time to use it.
A pontoon was available to rent,too. Which we will take advantage of that on our next trip for sure.
Walking trails were well kept and clear.
We spotted lots of fireflies at night, bald eagle, family of deer,hummingbirds, and different species of birds.
The area there was lushesly green and beautiful.
Over all we're giving this spot a 10 out of 10 for sure.

Glamping at The Pines On Little Jay
Nice spot, will book next time I am in the area. It is close to the Tioga MTB trails and close to town which had great live bands both night. Site is easy to get to and it is good size flat spot. We fit two vehicles with trailers, no problem. Lots of room for tent camping. Nice above ground firepit with generous supply of firewood. Brand new picnic table. Was there to mountain bike so did not use the lake, but it is a short walk down the dirt road. Clean port-a-potty. Blair was really responsive with messages and provided good communication.

Great place to kayak and fish! We caught fish right off the dock. Our 7yr old daughter loved it. Lots of wildlife seen too.

Where do we begin! This was such an amazing experience for our group! We loved the spots for camping our tents! Obviously we were aware of the extra parking spots for vehicles up top the driveway which worked out perfectly fine! It’s just a bit of a walk down to the site but that’s totally fine! Great area to let dogs roam and swim! Owners were absolutely AMAZING! They were so helpful and wonderful to meet! They supplied us with plenty of firewood and we chose to do a pontoon rental through them as well which was in great shape! We went with a group of 9 of us and enjoyed every minute! Great location for privacy on the lake and we loved being able to have the property to ourselves and our pets! Two fire pits to use, one by the lake and one up by the camp site. The lake firepit was a bit hard to sit everyone around with the angle of the hill but the upper one was perfect! Couldn’t say more positive things! Well done & will be back!

It was a great stay! Our group of 9 fit perfect here. The only issues we had was that the portapotty was quite small for any larger person, and they have no where local to dump trash. Other than that, we would be happy to stay again!

Glamping at The Pines On Little Jay
This was the perfect spot for our overnight stay! We used our teardrop camper and it was so private and peaceful while still being s couple minutes away from a clean public beach and only a short drive to the nearest town. I got up early to watch the sunrise on the lake and was pleasantly surprised to be joined by a couple of deer ☺️ Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Our group of 5 with 3 large dogs enjoyed tent camping! Great flat land for with moveable fire pit to allow for any setup. Surrounded by tall trees covered with a path leading you to lake view and another fire pit! I would recommend this place. One down side was the weed overgrowth by the dock but we were informed of that prior to booking.
Great host highly recommended checking their place!

Glamping at The Pines On Little Jay
Was very easy to find host was very responsive and accommodating. We had a Ford E350 van and 16ft trailer that easily fit and turned around if pulled in just right. Great secluded and quiet location we heard lots of birds and other animals. The shade is abundant with a small opening in the pines for the right amount of sun. Water access is weedy but a beautiful view with a nice seating area on the shore and a fire pit. The lake house looks like it will be a great place once finished. We biked to the Tioga recreation area within 10/15min with 5 kids. The bathroom was not the greatest just stinky with spiders but it is nature. We will definitely be keeping this place on our options list for our next visit in Grand Rapids!

Convenient spot- short drive to the beach and bike trails. Quiet, private, and great for dogs. Nice, new fire pit with cooking grate and a picnic table. Host was thoughtful and accommodating. Hope to come back again!
