Super easy to navigate to, great communication from the host, and a BEAUTIFUL secluded-feeling campsite! We will be back for sure!

Our host was more than accommodating. We added a few things and she delivered. Our site was great, 8 of us had plenty of room and it was very peaceful. Will stay again!

Loved tent camping on Rebecca’s land. This was my second visit and it was everything I remembered and more. I did bring my dog and she loved having a large site all to herself. As a solo female camper, I felt very safe while still feeling like I had pitched my tent in the middle of nowhere. Highly recommend Wildflower Runway!

This is an amazing place. The sites was very large and private. It offers shade and open space for stargazing.

Staying here for 3 nights was so magical! Rebecca was the best! So helpful with wonderful recommendations for the area and encouraging us to visit with the horses while they were feeding! The camp site was awesome - large, a mix of woods and open space, and was perfect for a group! We loved every minute of the peaceful getaway and can’t wait to come back.

Loved this! The areas were well maintained. The site itself had LOTS of room. Multiple cars and tents would fit (we only had a car). Both walking around and driving through made you feel like you were in a secret, magical clearing. It was quiet and secluded enough that you felt alone, but it wasn’t too far away from anywhere or anything to feel out of reach or touch. There wasn’t anyone at the second site when we were there, but we explored and there is definitely enough space that it wouldn’t be a problem. The horses were also beautiful and just cool to watch. Would definitely recommend bug spray (lots of spray) during bug season. And the wild blackberries were an added bonus.

We stayed at Wildflower Runway, at the Backfield Blackberry Flower campsite—and it was absolutely perfect. Just 25 minutes from home, but it felt like we were in a whole different world. 🏕️✨
The site was dog-friendly (huge win), and our pups were even allowed to be off leash! 🐾 The hosts do have their own dogs, but they kindly keep them away from the back property while other dogs are camping—so it felt super relaxed and safe.
The campsite was spacious and peaceful—we couldn’t even hear the other campers. There were scenic trails with benches at all the best lookout spots, blackberry bushes everywhere, and the wildlife was seriously magical. We heard coyotes, owls, turkeys, songbirds… and saw butterflies everywhere 🦋🦉🦃
The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. They even have horses you can pet or read to at a little outdoor library set up just for them (cutest idea ever 📚🐴—and yes, I forgot to get a picture).
If you’re looking for a peaceful camping getaway, we highly recommend Wildflower Runway was 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!

Host was absolutely amazing!!! She even provided a list of nearby places to eat and things to do. The place was beautiful, but if I could go back I would’ve picked the other site (not wooded wonderer) because it seemed much bigger which might make the flying bugs situation a little better. Reception was good and not too far from the beach. Would stay again for sure! Thank you!! (:

It was such a wonderful experience tent camping on the land. It was peaceful and the walking trails are lovely. The horses were a cool surprise. The host is very friendly, helpful, and kind and I really enjoyed my stay.

My family loved camping here! Our host was very friendly and very helpful. The spot was super private and peaceful, but when we needed something we weren't too far from town. We had a great weekend ☺️

The Wooded Wonder site was absolutely amazing from the spacious trails and very spaced out camp sites for each camper to the fishing ponds the endless day to night natural nature feel that you just can't find anywhere else, pet friendly and extra private! 10 out of 10 highly recommend book as soon as you can!

I really enjoyed camping here, very peaceful and private. There were a few winding trails that were great to walk down in the mornings and evening with my dog. For the price it was well worth it!

We loved camping on Rebecca’s land! She is a fantastic host. So accommodating and quick to get back to you. Loved having our dogs there, taking walks in the trails, and saying hello to the horses! For the privacy, the amenities, and price, this place is well worth it!!

I loved camping on Rebecca’s land! The site is extremely private and I felt very safe camping solo. Rebecca is a great host and gave me a list of local things to do when I arrived. I did not bring my dog this time but this would be a great spot for campers with pups…I may even bring mine next time!

Loved Rebecca’s hospitality to open her beautiful property to campers. It’s serene, secluded and just right for a weekend where you want to get away from it all. Rebecca welcomed us warmly, and had a list of nearby recommendations. Hiking trails on her property were amazing. Its sites are far enough away from each other, you’d never know there was another camper on the property. Highly recommend this place!

Such a wonderful stay! The property is gorgeous and the campsite is very remote. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to check in late, since we were traveling from sort of far. The town is quite close so it was nice to not have to drive far to find food and firewood. The hosts also provided a wonderful reference sheet of where to locate good food, fun activities, and firewood. My partner and I had one very minor "complaint", which is that we could hear some noise from the road / some talking from people on the farm next door. Once we recognized that the voices were quite far away, it was no problem at all. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely land with us for the weekend! We will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Rebecca was a wonderful host! So helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. We felt very welcome and safe. The land is absolutely gorgeous and close to activities like cherry picking, beaches, and breweries.

Rebecca’s place was a pit stop coming back from U.P. Back to Ohio. We stayed 2 days and felt very safe leaving our camper to go explore. Many bird songs in the field. Stoped at several parks in the area.
