Great place to stay with everything
17 ft travel trailer · With kids · We had a great time (5 nights) on site 2. Water, Electric, and Sewer hookups are all very new and work flawlessly. Easy to level (had to raise left side about 3-4 inches). Plenty of room to maneuver, large gravel space for parking, picnic, etc. At site 2, you'll see the back of site 1 RV if someone is there, there is plenty of space. At site 1, you'll have a full wooded view, but a little smaller space right outside your RV. Either site is great, and there's plenty of shares space, trails, and a 1 minute walk (if you are slow) to the Bike Trail.
For fun, there's a large conveyer slide, plenty of water toys (Kayaks, Canoes, paddleboards, trampoline, dock, etc) -- and we got to test out some bumper boats that the host got going on our last day there. The host was very generous and friendly and even took out his pontoon boat into the lake so my son could use the water slide on the back!
We lucked out and were alone for the first 3 nights of our stay, and had an extremely considerate RV neighbor for our final 2 nights. The space is very private outside of the cabin and the other RV site -- and it's very quiet and away from noise and business. A thousand times better than an RV park or regular campground.
One note -- bring plenty of bottled water if you don't like the metallicy taste of well water. We had plenty of water so this was not a problem for us.
Wouldn't hesitate to come back if you come back to the area! Had a great time, thank you!
