She was very nice, very quick to respond to anything. Even when they left for a while. Our spot was behind a covered boat that was in a rack, between that and a shed. And the fence to where the ducks live in the farm. Which she "put to bed " as she worded it, shortly after dusk. But even when they were in their area, didn't come near the side of the fence we were at. There was privacy. The walk from the car was not very far. We got there late.so didn't use the fire site,( which is in the backyard, one pit for everyone) or do any exploring, i have a square backpacking 10x10 tent, a "shower tent" with a portable toilet set up. We set up a picnic table for our propane stove there was just enough space left to walk around little bit. There are 2 plastic chairs and a plastic storage box in the site, against the shed. that is used for a table. she had a shower bag on a tree for water, and the hose in the back yard.. There is both tree cover and some open sky. Since we didn't use the firepit. she reimbursed the cost of the prepaid firewood, within minutes after we pulled out. Unfortunately the "pull in part" of that site needed mowed or I would have put my tent there for more sky. Or maybe they are letting they grow in on purpose, its next to a dirt rd. No one used it while we were there though. I expected noise since it is a very small farm. But after the ducks "went to bed" there was nothing, total silence. I'd concider going back.
