Cozy log cabin in the woods just 15 minutes from downtown Marquette. Peaceful area yet close enough to go enjoy shops, restaurants and beaches. Great view of Lake Kawbawgam from the patio, there is NO LAKE ACCESS from this property. 40 minute drive to Pictured Rocks. Fire pit in the backyard and a fireplace in the living room available for use. Lower level has a bar with TV and game room with a ping pong table and dart board. Perfect space for families and great for snowmobilers. The kitchen, both living rooms, 3 bedrooms, and a full bathroom are all on the main level. The upstairs loft bedroom has 1 king bed, a moveable wall divider for some privacy, a full bathroom, and a small sitting area. The full bathroom has a large soaking tub, rain head shower, and bidet. The basement has 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, laundry, a ping-pong table, foosball table, dart board, bar area with a kitchenette, a second fridge with freezer, and a walk out to the fire pit. On the front side of the house there is a large mostly covered patio with an outdoor table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. There are so many spaces to gather with friends and family yet still have privacy when you need it. Guests have the entire home to themselves. We do have neighbors so please be mindful of noise and do not wander onto their property.
