Earn this patch by being the first to spend a night outside at a new Hipcamp.
Enjoy a simple, rustic camping experience on this spacious, undeveloped lot located approximately 10 minutes from town. The property is fairly wooded around the perimeter and has no neighbors directly behind it, providing a pleasant natural backdrop. There are neighboring properties on either side, so this site is best suited for respectful campers seeking a peaceful outdoor stay rather than complete wilderness seclusion. The campsite does not have its own plumbing or full RV utility hookups. A standard 120-volt household electrical outlet is available at the nearby shed for limited electrical use, such as charging an RV battery, operating lights, or charging devices. This is not a dedicated 30-amp or 50-amp RV hookup and cannot support air conditioning, electric heaters, or multiple high-demand appliances. Guests should bring an appropriate outdoor-rated extension cord and RV adapter if needed. Guests also have access to a full bathroom located inside the pole barn on the neighboring property. Bathroom access does not include general use of the pole barn. A fire pit is available for evening campfires when weather conditions and local fire restrictions permit. Although the setting is rustic and basic, restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, and other conveniences are only about a 10-minute drive away.
