I loved staying Steph and Mark’s Tiny Cabin! It was clean, well appointed (as far as was expected for a place with no electricity) and above all, private. I was able to disconnect and relax, enjoy the sound of the babbling little river, and catch up on reading and sleep with zero distractions. Thanks for hosting me!

My partner and I loved staying at Mark and Steph’s tiny cabin! Everything you needed to have a cozy weekend getaway was provided and it was easy to escape to either downtown Ludington or Manistee. We especially loved napping/relaxing in a hammock right next to the river. Thank you for offering such an amazing spot, Mark and Steph!

The cabin was in a nice wooded area overlooking the river (just a short walk down to the river). It was fairly private, but occasionally people rafting would come down the river or you might hear someone from an area cabin or campsite. You couldn't see other cabins or people camping so in that regard it was very peaceful. The basics were there in the off grid cabin and that's all I needed.

I loved everything about this stay. The location was serene with a beautiful view of the river and an easy trail to it from the tiny house. The owners thought of everything and were incredibly responsive. The location was clean comfortable and welcoming. This will always hod special place in our family’s memories. Thanks Mark & Steph!

My son and I loved spending a couple nights on Mark & Steph's property. Cozy little house, fire pit, they provided fresh water, propane & camp stove, etc. Lovely river passing through, just down the hill. The woods kept it shady & cool, and we felt remote and secluded and had a great stay. They were very communicative and helpful, if we needed anything. Recommend!

Tiny Cabin on River/Manistee
Had a great stay at this property. It was our second time and love the privacy it offers, along with the great amenities. The tiny home and outhouse are kept well, and the access to water was a bonus for our family. Highly recommend!!

The tiny cabin is truly a special place. The land is so beautiful and the cabin is decorated so cute with solar lights I didn’t even mind not having electricity. Every thing was clean and cozy the owners really put a lot into it to make it so cozy. I love it there and definitely want to stay again.

This tiny cabin is a perfect getaway. It’s has everything you could need and it’s located right by the river. There was a great camp kitchen setup with a wash station and all the dishes you would need. Great location close to town and extremely private and quiet. The outhouse was very nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and we will be staying here again in the future.

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved our stay at mark and stephs tiny cabin. Beautiful land with the river access. They go above abs beyond at their site to make you feel very comfortable and clean, even the out house I call it the boutique outhouse LOL. Very pleased can’t wait to go again sometime soon and would be perfect to bring kiddos also 😊

Everything at the tiny cabin by the river was absolutely wonderful! The cabin is clean, very comfortable, and meticulously decorated. You can tell much care was taken to make this place the best it can be. I didn’t miss the electricity or indoor plumbing at all! Although wild, the river access is completely doable. Mark and Stephanie were the most gracious hosts and Mark even helped us drop our car off down river so we could drop our paddle board in at the cabin and take a nice couple hour float down the river. 10.5 out of 10, will absolutely be back!

It was a great spot for the weekend! The cabin is so cute and secluded. You can see the Little Manistee River from the porch on the cabin. I would recommend bringing water shoes for the walk down to the river and in the river. The outhouse very close to the cabin is very clean! They had everything you need from Tylenol, Ibuprofen, playing cards, cooking utensils, paper towel, cooking water, propane camping stove, and much more! The cabin is 15 mins from Lake Michigan Beaches. Overall a beautiful spot!

Little River Tiny Cabin is such a wonderful stay. Close enough to town to make a quick run for supplies and far enough out that you really feel like your the only ones in the woods. The view of the little Manistee is perfect from the hill while you’re enjoying a nice campfire at the top. The cabin was very clean and had any and all cooking/cleaning supplies you would need. The outhouse is top notch. A perfect place to just relax and clear your mind. Mark and Steph have gone above and beyond to make sure you’re ready to unwind. (We added our own touch and donated a Mancala board for future campers). Enjoy!!
*sidenote* my wife is 30 weeks pregnant and it accommodated her every need and then some.

This was a lovely relaxing stay. Very comfortable bed, super clean cabin with camping basics provided. You can see the Manistee River from the property - just a few steps away. The cabin is in a wooded and private area. Great listing!
