We stayed at Fern Gully and overall it was a very nice stay. It was very quiet and the RV was clean and comfortable. We appreciated having a bathroom/shower and also air conditioning!! Unfortunately it rained the evening we were there so we didn't get to enjoy a campfire! Sandy was a very accommodating host as we needed to check in earlier and her grandson and daughter did a great job giving us a tour! Thanks so much for a great visit!!

Delightful, Clean 26ft 1-bedroom RV
We loved everything even with it being very last minute, Sandy understood and didn’t ask questions, it was a great getaway with the family. Free firewood was a plus! Woke up to peaceful sounds. Completely furnished from bedding to utensils. Loved every bit of it. Thank you for inviting us to your home!

Sandy was amazing! She met us as soon as we drove in and gave us a quick tour. We were looking for a quiet spot surrounded by nature and that is what we found. The camper was perfectly comfortable and adorable. We will definitely be back!

We loved camping on Sandy's land.
We put our tents in the field with the horses and scheep and goats. But no one bothered us.

Not as private as we originally thought but host was friendly and spot was nice.

Fern Gully was exactly what we hoped it would be. Easy to access, just enough outside of town to be quiet and dark, but not too far to do what we wanted. Sandy was very helpful.

The spot was just what we needed for our small camper. We had everything we needed and the location was great for the plans we had. Sandy was a great host. Highly recommend!

Overall we had a good experience but unfortunately our site was immediately across from another semi-permanent site and camper/tenant. The host was great but we had cars and trucks coming and going from the home and our neighbor. I just expected more privacy given the description and our conversation.

Camping at Fern Gully is a must! Sandy is a wonderful host and the land is beautiful. We were a little worried the highway would be too noisy but you rarely even notice it’s close by. For our first camping trip, we couldn’t ask for a better host!

Sandy is the best host we have ever had! Her hospitality and kindness was truly above and beyond. She will make sure everyone has what they need and that they are satisfied. She beat any VRBO, AirBnB, or Hipcamp host we have had. She has the cutest set up for the sites, shaded with beautiful green trees, In a quiet country setting but only 10 minutes from Grand Haven! This is truly the best spot to camp in the Grand Haven area. We will be back!
