"Elysium Heritage Farm" is situated on 120 acres in Northeast, MI surrounded by woods, trails, ponds and canals. Enjoy access to a small farm that includes fainting goats, chickens, turkeys, rabbits, and more. Bring your pole and try your luck at some catch and release fishing. Enjoy viewing numerous types of wildflowers, birds, and butterflies. Depending on the season, (and how quietly you walk the trails) you may experience a wide variety of wildlife species. Although we don't allow motorized ATVs, you are welcome to bring a golf cart. Most of the trails are improved enough to allow you access. Absolutely NO hunting allowed on the property. The property is located just (5) miles off I-75 so it's also a convenient mid-trip destination for those on a longer distance excursion. In case you plan on fishing the local hotspots on Lake Huron (15 minutes away) and are trailering a boat, there is plenty of area to park your rig during your stay. It's only a ten minute drive to Pinconning, where you can experience Michigan's "Cheese Town" and all it has to offer. There's a grocery store, numerous cheese shops, and a variety of party stores and restaurants. For the outdoor enthusiasts, don't miss out on going to the ever-famous "Northwoods Wholesale Outlet". Also nearby is the "Saganing Eagles Landing Casino" in Standish. We have resided here for over 30 years and can assist you in many ways to get the most out of your visit. By the way, the definition of the word "Elysium" is "Place of perfect bliss" and yes, we labeled it that long before the movie with Matt Damon was created.

We love the property. It was easy to find. The animals were a lot of fun. The site was very private. The site was sand covered rather than dirt so much easier to clean. The firewood add-on was a great addition to our camping trip. The host were super nice. We will come back.

Great escape that has options!
Large semi-secluded stay. They have a large property with trails. All guests (only a few) are spaced out so you feel as though it's really private. Way more than I expecting to tent camp. There was a huge built in table with long/wide seats that was covered. A large size (outhouse) with room to change, environmental potty and it never smelled. A grill, coffee maker, and other odds and ends you might need/want (plates, Silverware, containers). We ordered large firewood and was blown away with the quality and quantity as well as kindling and scraps. Water was left for you and wood was ready and waiting! A fireplace with a swing cooking grate was awesome. Directions were perfect and I was greeted immediately and given an overview of the area. Goats, rabbits, and nature glore. They have fishing poles for catch and release fishing and Kayaks to take out on the pond. Absolutely loved it and WILL be back. Other campers/renters was so happy and loved the place and space as well.

Lovely Farm
I absolutely adore this farm and the people who host here. The hosts are lovely and the camping area was easy to find, quiet, and comfortable. I was really happy to enjoy a fire this time around too since it rained the last time :). Thanks again for everything!

Best campsite we've visited so far
This is the best HipCamp site we've visited. We will definitely go back for a longer stay. We were only passing through the area for a one night stop; now wish it were longer. Would loved to have stayed a week after strolling the property as suggested by the hosts. This place is the highest and best example of our idea of sustainable, environmentally sound and respectful enjoyment of nature and all that's pure and true when camping, living, hiking exploring and existing in harmony with mother nature in accordance with our role here. My wife, myself and our dog enjoyed our short stay so much that we're already planning to return with grandkids n kids for a destination family vacation at this small peace of heaven in the country. The hosts are helpful, responsive, respectful and very experienced with what matters most. The closer we looked at the amenities, surroundings, respectful stewardship of nature and simple joys of this campground the more we got sucked into just how wonderful this place is: and it IS WONDERFUL. "We'll be back."

10 out of 10 would recommend!!
This was our first time using the hip camp app and it was a great experience. The site was a good size and very secluded. We couldn't hear anyone even though there were other campers on the property. We ordered the small bunk of fire wood and ended up taking some home because we couldn't burn it all (not for a lack of trying). The owners were incredibly kind and let my girlfriend hold a baby goat. She was thrilled about it!

Great stay!
We booked 2 nights at vibe camp, we ended up leaving early but that had nothing to do with the stay and everything to do with camping with 3 kids. The campsite was private and the accommodations were awesome! Kim was very friendly. We will absolutely stay again!
