Nestled between Nashville and Hastings, Michigan, Camp Thornapple stands out as a serene getaway on the picturesque Thornapple Lake, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and modern amenities. Spanning 32 wooded acres, our campground features 136 full hookup sites equipped with electric, water, and sewer connections, alongside 4 additional water and electric sites and 3 primitive sites along the tranquil High Bank Creek. At Camp Thornapple, we prioritize your comfort and enjoyment. Our full hookup sites come with cement patios, while all sites are furnished with picnic tables and fire rings for your outdoor gatherings. Guests can take advantage of our well-maintained bathhouse, complete with hot showers, and enjoy exclusive access to our private swimming area. Thornapple Lake, a sprawling 409-acre body of water, is perfect for leisure boating, water skiing, tubing, and fishing. We offer assigned dock, shoreline, and pontoon spaces for a nominal fee, with availability for weekend campers—just check with our office. Additionally, our private boat launch is available for guests to easily access the lake. Known for its excellent fishing, Thornapple Lake is home to Muskie, Walleye, Pike, Bass, and Pan-fish.
