Major snowmobileing and ORV/ATV trails are very close. Hiking and wildlife viewing is right of property as state land start across the road and neighbors are not to close. There is a cabin available as well but it is rustic. Not a house this is a nice hunting camp type cabin. This camp has been used for hunting, ATV, snowmobileing, fishing and kayaking/tubing.
